【摘要】:目前,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制正處于由計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制向市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制管理的過(guò)渡階段,這就致使我國(guó)目前的建筑市場(chǎng)的秩序比較混亂,建筑施工企業(yè)面臨著各種各樣的經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。所謂經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)就是指某些可能會(huì)對(duì)企業(yè)的目標(biāo)造成不利影響的因素。所以,當(dāng)前我國(guó)的建筑施工企業(yè)迫切的需要建立一套適合自己的經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,這樣就可以通過(guò)分析企業(yè)的內(nèi)外風(fēng)險(xiǎn),制定出一套規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的管理策略。這樣企業(yè)才能有效的降低其損失,進(jìn)而提高其的效益,在如今競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的建筑市場(chǎng)中處于不敗之地。作者通過(guò)對(duì)自身所在項(xiàng)目的深入調(diào)查研究,建立了適合我國(guó)施工企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。并且通過(guò)仔細(xì)衡量層次分析法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),選取模糊層次分析法作為本文的研究方法,應(yīng)用模糊數(shù)學(xué)運(yùn)算規(guī)則和層次分析法計(jì)算出評(píng)價(jià)體系中各個(gè)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重值,最后確定出項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部的和諧度。模糊層次分析法,克服了專家評(píng)分法獲得權(quán)重時(shí)人為影響大的缺陷,最大限度的保證評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的客觀、科學(xué)、公正。本文從施工企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的規(guī)避出發(fā),制定出一套可行的、適合我國(guó)施工企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,為我國(guó)施工企業(yè)的管理拓寬了思路,是一個(gè)相對(duì)比較新的項(xiàng)目管理方法。同時(shí),本文針對(duì)作者所在項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際,結(jié)合該項(xiàng)目的具體情況,將經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系運(yùn)用到實(shí)際項(xiàng)目管理中,為其他企業(yè)運(yùn)用這個(gè)模型提供了實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the economic system of our country is in the transition stage from planned economy system to market economy system management, this causes the order of the construction market in our country to be quite chaotic at present, the construction enterprise is facing various kinds of management risks. Business risk refers to some factors that may adversely affect the objectives of an enterprise. Therefore, the current construction enterprises in our country urgently need to establish a set of management risk evaluation index system suitable for their own, so that through the analysis of the internal and external risks of enterprises, we can formulate a set of management strategies to avoid risks. In this way, enterprises can effectively reduce their losses, and then improve their efficiency, in today's competitive construction market in an invincible position. Based on the investigation and research of the project, the author establishes the evaluation index system of the management risk suitable for the construction enterprises in our country. By carefully measuring the advantages and disadvantages of AHP, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is selected as the research method in this paper, and the weight of each index in the evaluation system is calculated by using the rules of fuzzy mathematics and AHP. Finally, the harmonious degree of project management department is determined. Fuzzy Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) overcomes the defects of artificial influence when the expert scoring method is used to obtain the weight, and ensures the objectivity, science and fairness of the evaluation results to the maximum extent. Starting from the evading of construction enterprises' management risk, this paper draws up a set of feasible and suitable management risk evaluation index system for construction enterprises in our country, which broadens the train of thought for the management of construction enterprises in our country. Is a relatively new project management method. At the same time, according to the actual situation of the project and the specific situation of the project, this paper applies the management risk evaluation index system to the actual project management, which provides practical significance for other enterprises to use this model.
