巴音郭楞蒙古自治州志愿者綜合服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步與時(shí)代的發(fā)展,越來越多的志愿者與志愿團(tuán)體出現(xiàn)在全國(guó)各個(gè)地方,他們對(duì)需要幫助的人提供無償?shù)姆⻊?wù),將自己的愛心傳遞到每個(gè)人心中,讓整個(gè)社會(huì)充盈著一股暖流。隨之對(duì)志愿者服務(wù)的管理工作變得越來越重要,單單依靠傳統(tǒng)的人力開辦志愿活動(dòng),已經(jīng)滿足不了時(shí)代的進(jìn)步,并且志愿者申請(qǐng)參加志愿項(xiàng)目到整個(gè)志愿項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施是一個(gè)巨大的工程,需要耗費(fèi)許多人力物力資源,還需要充足的時(shí)間進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目開展。巴音郭楞蒙古自治州的志愿服務(wù)協(xié)會(huì)漸漸意識(shí)到了這些問題,并且開始利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的支持,希望能設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)志愿者綜合服務(wù)系統(tǒng)來對(duì)整個(gè)志愿活動(dòng)流程進(jìn)行管理,提高志愿活動(dòng)的質(zhì)量與效率。通過對(duì)巴音郭楞蒙古自治州志愿活動(dòng)的具體情況進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合現(xiàn)在志愿者綜合服務(wù)系統(tǒng)所使用的技術(shù),確定了本系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)主要采用B/S架構(gòu),將Struts、 Spring以及Hibernate框架技術(shù)進(jìn)行整合使用,選用MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分層設(shè)計(jì),在頁面視圖設(shè)計(jì)方面則是將傳統(tǒng)的HTML、CSS技術(shù)與目前十分流行的JQuery技術(shù)相結(jié)合使用,本系統(tǒng)所采用的數(shù)據(jù)庫是大型關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫Oracle10g,Oracle10g數(shù)據(jù)庫的安全機(jī)制很高,并且可以對(duì)大量數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行管理操作,十分符合本志愿者綜合服務(wù)系統(tǒng)需要管理大量數(shù)據(jù)的特點(diǎn)。巴音郭楞蒙古自治州志愿者綜合服務(wù)系統(tǒng)對(duì)用戶角色進(jìn)行了劃分,主要的用戶為志愿者、志愿團(tuán)體組以及超級(jí)管理員。系統(tǒng)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)了志愿團(tuán)體管理業(yè)務(wù)、志愿者管理業(yè)務(wù)、志愿項(xiàng)目管理業(yè)務(wù)總共三層業(yè)務(wù),志愿團(tuán)體管理模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)了本級(jí)團(tuán)體管理、下級(jí)團(tuán)體管理、團(tuán)體審批以及團(tuán)體組織管理;志愿者管理模塊主要實(shí)現(xiàn)了志愿者信息管理、成員管理以及統(tǒng)計(jì)信息管理;志愿項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)現(xiàn)了本級(jí)項(xiàng)目和下級(jí)項(xiàng)目的立項(xiàng)申請(qǐng)、運(yùn)行項(xiàng)目和結(jié)項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目的查詢業(yè)務(wù),項(xiàng)目實(shí)施流程中的招募管理、排班管理、工時(shí)管理以及通知管理業(yè)務(wù),此外還可以由超級(jí)管理員進(jìn)行立項(xiàng)審批、結(jié)項(xiàng)審批操作。本志愿者綜合服務(wù)系統(tǒng)在巴音郭楞蒙古自治州投入運(yùn)行以后,使當(dāng)?shù)氐闹驹刚呋顒?dòng)得到有效管理,提高了志愿服務(wù)的質(zhì)量與服務(wù)效率,得到當(dāng)?shù)刂驹刚邊f(xié)會(huì)的認(rèn)可,巴音郭楞蒙古自治州在志愿者服務(wù)方面又呈現(xiàn)出一幅嶄新的面貌。
[Abstract]:With the progress of the society and the development of the times, more and more volunteers and voluntary organizations appear in all parts of the country. They provide free service to those who need help, and transfer their love to everyone. Let the whole society fill with a warm current. With this, the management of volunteer service becomes more and more important. Relying solely on traditional manpower to start voluntary activities has not been able to meet the progress of the times. And it is a huge project that volunteers apply to participate in the voluntary project to the implementation of the whole volunteer project, which requires a lot of human and material resources, and also needs sufficient time to carry out the project. The volunteer service association of Bayingorang Mongol Autonomous Prefecture gradually realized these problems, and began to use the support of network technology, hoping to design and implement a volunteer integrated service system to manage the whole volunteer process. Improve the quality and efficiency of volunteer activities. By analyzing the specific situation of volunteer activities in Bayingorang Mongol Autonomous Prefecture and combining with the technology used in the current volunteer integrated service system, we have determined that the development of this system mainly adopts the B / S architecture. It integrates Struts, Spring and hibernate framework technology, chooses MVC design pattern to design the system layer, and combines traditional HTML CSS technology with JQuery technology which is very popular in page view design. The database used in this system is a large relational database, Oracle10g database, which has a high security mechanism, and can manage a large number of data, which is very consistent with the characteristics of the volunteer integrated service system which needs to manage a large amount of data. Bayingorang Mongolia Autonomous Prefecture volunteers Integrated Service system to divide the role of users, the main users are volunteers, voluntary groups and super administrators. The system mainly realizes the voluntary group management business, volunteer management business, voluntary project management business a total of three layers of business, voluntary group management module to achieve the level of group management, lower group management, group approval and group organization management; The volunteer management module mainly realizes the volunteer information management, the member management and the statistical information management, the voluntary project management realizes the project establishment application, the running project and the closing item inquiry service, Project implementation process of recruitment management, scheduling management, man-hour management and notification management business, but also by the super administrator for approval, final item approval operation. After the integrated volunteer service system was put into operation in Bayingorang Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, the local volunteer activities were managed effectively, the quality and service efficiency of volunteer service were improved, and the local volunteer association recognized the system. Bayingulang Mongol Autonomous Prefecture in volunteer service also presents a new look.
