【摘要】：“按項目進(jìn)行管理”作為企業(yè)管理的新模式,近年來取得了突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展。我國的大批傳統(tǒng)作業(yè)型企業(yè)也正在向項目型組織轉(zhuǎn)變,然后快速轉(zhuǎn)變中附帶的一系列組織內(nèi)部或外部的風(fēng)險管理問題,使其項目管理的關(guān)系績效一直無法得到有效的保證。因此,如何提升風(fēng)險管理能力,從而有效地改善和提高關(guān)系績效,成為越來越受各界所關(guān)注的問題。本研究首先回顧了項目風(fēng)險管理的概念及其相關(guān)理論,通過對國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)綜述的梳理,總結(jié)了項目風(fēng)險的分類方式和項目風(fēng)險管理的基本框架。在此基礎(chǔ)之上,通過理論邏輯分析和實證研究,本研究從風(fēng)險來源的角度出發(fā)將項目的風(fēng)險管理能力分為內(nèi)外兩個方面,并提出了風(fēng)險管理能力的五個維度,即社會風(fēng)險管理能力、自然風(fēng)險管理能力、進(jìn)度風(fēng)險管理能力、質(zhì)量風(fēng)險管理能力和成本風(fēng)險管理能力。然后,本研究基于對項目管理績效的內(nèi)涵及其評價相關(guān)研究的總結(jié)分析,提出了關(guān)系績效的測量指標(biāo),即項目團(tuán)隊的滿意度、業(yè)主的滿意度和項目創(chuàng)新。由此,本研究基于文獻(xiàn)歸納和理論演繹,提出了項目風(fēng)險管理能力對項目管理的關(guān)系績效影響的概念模型和相關(guān)假設(shè),并通過問卷調(diào)查和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計,運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型的方法,對相關(guān)量表的信度和效度以及研究假設(shè)進(jìn)行了檢驗,揭示了項目風(fēng)險管理能力的不同維度對關(guān)系績效的影響關(guān)系。最后,結(jié)合實證研究的結(jié)論,本研究對企業(yè)在實施項目管理的過程中通過提升風(fēng)險管理能力改善項目管理關(guān)系績效的途徑提出了相關(guān)建議,并針對本研究的局限和不足提出了對進(jìn)一步研究方向的展望。
[Abstract]:As a new mode of enterprise management, Project Management has made great progress in recent years. A large number of traditional activity-based enterprises in our country are also changing to project-based organizations, and then a series of internal or external risk management problems are attached to the rapid transformation, which makes the relational performance of project management unable to be effectively guaranteed. Therefore, how to improve the ability of risk management and effectively improve the relationship performance has become more and more concerned by all walks of life. This study first reviews the concept of project risk management and its related theories, summarizes the classification of project risk and the basic framework of project risk management by combing the literature at home and abroad. On this basis, through theoretical logic analysis and empirical research, this study divides the risk management ability of the project into internal and external two aspects from the point of view of risk source, and puts forward five dimensions of risk management ability. That is, social risk management, natural risk management, schedule risk management, quality risk management and cost risk management. Then, based on the summary and analysis of the connotation and evaluation of project management performance, the paper puts forward the measurement index of relational performance, that is, the satisfaction of project team, the satisfaction of owner and the innovation of project. Therefore, based on the literature induction and theoretical deduction, this study puts forward the conceptual model and related assumptions of the impact of project risk management capability on project management performance. Through questionnaire survey and data statistics, the paper uses the structural equation model method. The reliability and validity of the relevant scales and the research hypotheses are tested to reveal the relationship between the different dimensions of project risk management ability and relationship performance. Finally, combined with the conclusions of the empirical study, this study puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the performance of the project management relationship by improving the risk management ability in the process of implementing project management. In view of the limitations and shortcomings of this study, the prospect of further research direction is put forward.
