【摘要】:發(fā)電設(shè)備制造是典型的按合同訂單進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和生產(chǎn)的項(xiàng)目制造,以產(chǎn)品交付和滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)的個(gè)性化需求為項(xiàng)目成功的目標(biāo),由于客戶(hù)的個(gè)性化需求以及火力發(fā)電設(shè)備產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)要求高、結(jié)構(gòu)差異大等固有屬性,導(dǎo)致企業(yè)在有限資源環(huán)境下的資源優(yōu)化配置能力成為企業(yè)提升運(yùn)營(yíng)效率的核心能力。本文研究的目的是通過(guò)層次分析法和計(jì)劃評(píng)審技術(shù)在汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)平衡試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目?jī)?yōu)先級(jí)排序中的應(yīng)用研究,找到提升企業(yè)關(guān)鍵試驗(yàn)資源生產(chǎn)能力及效率的方法,提高企業(yè)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營(yíng)及項(xiàng)目決策的能力。 通過(guò)查閱文獻(xiàn)和企業(yè)實(shí)際調(diào)研,分析了火力發(fā)電設(shè)備項(xiàng)目制造資源配置的現(xiàn)狀,以及項(xiàng)目滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)個(gè)性化需求的特點(diǎn),歸納了國(guó)內(nèi)外大型離散型制造業(yè)企業(yè)項(xiàng)目?jī)?yōu)先級(jí)排序問(wèn)題的研究成果。本文以北京北重汽輪電機(jī)有限責(zé)任公司(下稱(chēng)北重公司)汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)平衡試驗(yàn)關(guān)鍵設(shè)備試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象,采用理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法,通過(guò)專(zhuān)家訪談、案例分析,使用計(jì)劃評(píng)審技術(shù)和層次分析法工具,研究了制造業(yè)企業(yè)里生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)中存在的不科學(xué)的項(xiàng)目?jī)?yōu)先級(jí)排序決策問(wèn)題,構(gòu)建出了企業(yè)關(guān)鍵的動(dòng)平衡試驗(yàn)資源項(xiàng)目?jī)?yōu)先級(jí)排序決策評(píng)價(jià)模型,計(jì)算出了項(xiàng)目最佳排序結(jié)果,找到適用于發(fā)電設(shè)備制造企業(yè)項(xiàng)目?jī)?yōu)先級(jí)排序的決策方法。 本論文采用計(jì)劃評(píng)審技術(shù)和層次分析法對(duì)發(fā)電設(shè)備制造企業(yè)關(guān)鍵設(shè)備資源利用的課題進(jìn)行了研究,找到了針對(duì)企業(yè)資源優(yōu)化配置和項(xiàng)目?jī)?yōu)先級(jí)排序決策問(wèn)題的評(píng)價(jià)方法,對(duì)資源有限環(huán)境下企業(yè)項(xiàng)目化管理發(fā)展具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Power generation equipment manufacturing is a typical project manufacturing for product design and production according to contract orders. The goal of project success is to deliver products and meet the individual needs of customers. Due to the individualized requirements of customers and the high technical requirements and structural differences of thermal power equipment products, the ability of optimizing resource allocation in limited resource environment has become the core ability of enterprises to improve their operational efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to find a way to improve the production capacity and efficiency of key test resources through the application of AHP and plan review technology in the priority ranking of turbogenerator rotor dynamic balance test projects. Improve enterprise project operation and project decision making ability. By referring to the literature and the actual investigation of enterprises, this paper analyzes the present situation of manufacturing resource allocation of thermal power equipment project, and the characteristics of the project to meet the individual needs of customers. This paper summarizes the research results of project priority scheduling in large discrete manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad. In this paper, the key equipment test project of turbine generator rotor dynamic balance test in Beijing North heavy Steam Turbine Motor Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Beizhong Company) is taken as the research object, the method of combining theory and practice is adopted, through expert interview, case analysis, Using the planning review technology and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) tools, this paper studies the unscientific project priority ranking decision problem in manufacturing enterprises. In this paper, a key project priority ranking decision evaluation model of dynamic balance test resources is constructed, and the optimal sequencing results are calculated, and a decision method suitable for the priority ranking of power generation equipment manufacturing enterprises is found. In this paper, planning review technology and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) are used to study the utilization of key equipment resources in power generation equipment manufacturing enterprises, and an evaluation method is found for the optimization of enterprise resource allocation and the priority ranking of projects. It can be used for reference for the development of enterprise project management under the environment of limited resources.
