【摘要】：正 組織是指職責(zé)、權(quán)限和相互關(guān)系得到安排的一組人員及設(shè)施。組織結(jié)構(gòu)是指人員職責(zé)、權(quán)限和相互關(guān)系的安排。 田于一個組織從事的行業(yè)不同,工程項目規(guī)模、目標(biāo)不同,因此采用的項目結(jié)構(gòu)形式也各不相同。項目組織的結(jié)構(gòu)形式多種多樣,如直線式、職能式、項目式、事業(yè)部式、矩陣式等。目前大慶油田建設(shè)工程項目管理組織結(jié)構(gòu)形式主要有三種:職能式、項目式和矩陣式。
[Abstract]:Positive organization refers to a group of people and facilities whose responsibilities, competencies, and relationships are arranged. Organizational structure refers to personnel responsibilities, authority and the arrangement of relationships. Tianyu is engaged in different industry, project scale and target, so the project structure is different. The structure of project organization is varied, such as straight line, function, project, division, matrix, etc. At present, there are three kinds of organization structure of Daqing oilfield construction project management: function type, project type and matrix type.
