【摘要】：本文論述了基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)的前端設計與研究,并對中小企業(yè)尤其制造業(yè)的ERP系統(tǒng)應用進行分析研究,使用擁有數(shù)據(jù)采集和快速數(shù)據(jù)抽取功能的ERP系統(tǒng)能使企業(yè)信息化并優(yōu)化資源配置,實現(xiàn)精益生產(chǎn)和大規(guī)模定制,在信息化的浪潮中生存發(fā)展。首先,介紹物聯(lián)網(wǎng)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展進化關系,物物相連的新時代正在逐步進入生產(chǎn)生活。其中數(shù)據(jù)采集是物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的數(shù)據(jù)來源,是支持物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的數(shù)據(jù)基石,數(shù)據(jù)采集的數(shù)量、廣度、速度、準確性、方便性是物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展方向。然后,本文對數(shù)據(jù)采集技術進行介紹,對二維碼技術的編碼、解碼、識別、上傳服務器進行研究,二維碼存儲數(shù)據(jù)量大且準確性安全性高,編碼解碼速度快,是當今應用最廣泛最成功的數(shù)據(jù)采集方式。然后對數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)結構技術進行分析研究,使用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)三層結構來構成物聯(lián)網(wǎng)互聯(lián)互通的框架,再對各層所的技術進行分析介紹。接著,本文對當代工業(yè)信息化進程進行分析研究,尤其中小制造業(yè)面臨的嚴峻發(fā)展前景,針對中小企業(yè)分析了業(yè)務流程、設計功能模塊、提供了后臺數(shù)據(jù)管理機制、及數(shù)據(jù)庫處理技術。并介紹系統(tǒng)界面設計,開發(fā)環(huán)境和工具,表單與界面的邏輯關系等。最后,本文對項目管理模塊進行詳細開發(fā)介紹,最后用j Query技術快速抽取數(shù)據(jù),實現(xiàn)基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)的前端設計。對全文進行總結,發(fā)現(xiàn)不足,對未來物聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)采集發(fā)展進行展望。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the front-end design and research of data acquisition system based on Internet of things, and analyzes the application of ERP system in small and medium-sized enterprises, especially in manufacturing industry. The ERP system, which has the functions of data acquisition and fast data extraction, can make the enterprise information and optimize the allocation of resources, realize lean production and mass customization, and survive and develop in the tide of information technology. Firstly, the development and evolution of the Internet of things and the Internet of things are introduced. Data acquisition is the data source of the Internet of things and the cornerstone of supporting the Internet of things. The quantity, breadth, speed, accuracy and convenience of data collection are the development direction of the Internet of things. Then, this paper introduces the technology of data acquisition, and studies the encoding, decoding, identification and uploading server of the QR code technology. The QR code has a large amount of data, high accuracy and security, and fast encoding and decoding speed. Is the most widely used and the most successful data acquisition method. Then, the structure technology of data acquisition system is analyzed and studied, and the frame of interconnection is constructed by using the three-layer structure of the Internet of things, and then the technology of each layer is analyzed and introduced. Then, this paper analyzes and studies the process of contemporary industrial informatization, especially the grim development prospect of small and medium-sized manufacturing industry, analyzes the business process, designs functional modules, and provides the backstage data management mechanism for small and medium-sized enterprises. And database processing technology. It also introduces the system interface design, development environment and tools, the logical relationship between form and interface, etc. Finally, the project management module is developed and introduced in detail. Finally, the front-end design of data acquisition system based on Internet of things is realized by using jQuery technology to extract data quickly. This paper summarizes the full text, finds the insufficiency, and looks forward to the future development of the Internet of things data collection.
