【摘要】：建筑工程施工階段成本控制是一個繁瑣且精細的過程,在施工過程中如何根據(jù)企業(yè)的實際情況建立一套有效、高效的成本控制措施和科學的管理體系,是建筑企業(yè)能否在競爭中生存和發(fā)展的關鍵因素。項目的施工階段是一個項目在建設過程中成本消耗比重最大的階段,如何在此階段中有效的進行成本控制,是本文研究的重點。本文針對建筑工程項目的各環(huán)節(jié)成本構成進行分析,選擇本人所從事的東和花苑復建房項目作為研究對象,以在學校中學習的項目管理知識為理論基礎,針對本企業(yè)在項目建設過程中存在的問題,從項目成本控制的方面著手,對該項目的成本消耗方面進行比較分析,分析成本損耗產(chǎn)生的原因,針對該原因制定相應的措施加強成本控制。建筑工程項目具有唯一性、復雜性、動態(tài)性等特點,針對該特點,在對成本損耗分析中,采用ABC分類法,分析項目在施工過程中的成本的重要要素構成,通過加強對重要成本要素的成本控制達到有效控制成本的作用。本文認為要有效地實現(xiàn)成本控制計劃,首先必須要清楚了解成本重點損耗發(fā)生的時點,針對該時點制定特定的成本控制措施,然后是對人員的管理,建立有效的責權機制,使成本控制的責任落實到每一個人身上。
[Abstract]:Cost control in construction stage is a complicated and fine process. How to set up a set of effective and efficient cost control measures and scientific management system according to the actual situation of the enterprise in the construction process. It is the key factor that whether the construction enterprise can survive and develop in the competition. The construction stage of the project is the stage in which the proportion of cost consumption in the construction process is the largest. How to effectively carry out cost control in this stage is the focus of this paper. Based on the analysis of the cost composition of each link of the construction project, this paper chooses Donghe Huayuan Restoration Project as the research object, and takes the project management knowledge learned in school as the theoretical basis. In view of the problems existing in the process of the project construction, this paper makes a comparative analysis on the cost consumption of the project from the aspect of the project cost control, and analyzes the causes of the cost loss. In view of this reason, establish the corresponding measure to strengthen the cost control. The construction project has the characteristics of uniqueness, complexity and dynamics. In view of the characteristics, ABC classification is used to analyze the important elements of the cost in the construction process. By strengthening the cost control of important cost elements to achieve effective cost control role. This paper holds that in order to realize the cost control plan effectively, first of all, we must clearly understand the time point when the key cost loss occurs, formulate specific cost control measures for that time point, and then establish an effective responsibility and power mechanism for the management of personnel. Put the responsibility for cost control on everyone.
