【摘要】：本文對項目管理的進度管理進行了介紹,并融合了林業(yè)項目的建設特性,就JH集團在大桂山苗的苗圃項目的項目進度管理的優(yōu)化進行了探討,通過對苗圃項目的進度研究剖析,從工程計劃開始,一步步闡述了如何使用關鍵鏈法,優(yōu)化項目的進度管理。本文以JH林業(yè)集團的一個林業(yè)苗圃項目為研究對象,強調該項目進度控制的重要性,通過深入挖掘該項目進度管理中存在的問題及成因,運用關鍵鏈法,結合案例的實際,首先分解WBS項目活動中的工作結構,其次闡述了活動定義,最后估算項目活動完工時間及所需資源量,在完成上述工作后,引用關鍵路徑法深入研究了大桂山苗圃項目,生動形象地表示出所講內容制定具體的JH集團林業(yè)項目進度管理優(yōu)化方案。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the progress management of project management, and combines the construction characteristics of forestry project, discusses the optimization of project schedule management of JH group in seedling nursery project of DaGuishan, and analyzes the progress of nursery project through research. Starting from the project plan, this paper expounds how to use the key chain method to optimize the project schedule management step by step. This paper takes a forestry nursery project of JH Forestry Group as the research object, emphasizes the importance of the progress control of the project, through digging into the existing problems and causes of the progress management of the project in depth, applies the key chain method, and combines the practice of the case. First, the work structure of WBS project activity is decomposed, then the definition of activity is expounded. Finally, the completion time of project activity and the amount of resources required are estimated. After the above work is completed, the project of DaGuishan nursery is studied deeply by using the critical path method. Vividly show the content of the statement to formulate a specific JH group forestry project schedule management optimization plan.
