[Abstract]:First, the procurement and management system of weapons and equipment in major countries in the world the United States implements a unified leadership system combining the unified leadership of the Department of Defense and decentralized implementation of the three Services, and the vice minister in charge of procurement and technology of the Department of Defense is in charge of overall leadership in the procurement of military equipment.
