【摘要】：隨著全球化的不斷發(fā)展,國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,為適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的變化,眾多知名企業(yè)都積極引入項(xiàng)目管理理論和技術(shù),以提高企業(yè)運(yùn)作管理水平。本文針對(duì)DQSH公司目前項(xiàng)目管理存在的問題進(jìn)行了深入的研究分析,提出了DQSH公司項(xiàng)目管理流程優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案,并通過采取多種措施以確保優(yōu)化后的新方案能夠得到順利實(shí)施,進(jìn)而提高企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理水平。本文首先對(duì)論文的選題背景、論文研究的目的意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及項(xiàng)目管理組織結(jié)構(gòu)及項(xiàng)目流程相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行闡述;然后介紹DQSH公司概況,對(duì)DQSH公司項(xiàng)目管理組織結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析并發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在的問題,對(duì)DQSH公司項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度、成本、質(zhì)量管理、信息管理及采購(gòu)管理的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,并發(fā)現(xiàn)問題;在現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了DQSH公司項(xiàng)目管理組織結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方案,分別有針對(duì)性的提出項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制、成本控制、質(zhì)量管理、信息管理及采購(gòu)管理流程優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案;最后提出DQSH公司項(xiàng)目管理組織結(jié)構(gòu)及流程優(yōu)化實(shí)施的保障措施。優(yōu)化后的項(xiàng)目管理組織結(jié)構(gòu)及項(xiàng)目流程體系,將會(huì)縮短DQSH公司項(xiàng)目工期,同時(shí)降低項(xiàng)目成本,提高項(xiàng)目管理效率和質(zhì)量,使其更自信地面對(duì)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of globalization, the market competition at home and abroad is increasingly fierce. In order to adapt to the changes in the market, many well-known enterprises have actively introduced project management theory and technology to improve the management level of enterprise operation. This paper has carried out in-depth research and Analysis on the existing problems of project management in DQSH company, and put forward the project management of DQSH company. In order to ensure the successful implementation of the new scheme and improve the level of enterprise project management, this paper first introduces the background of the topic, the purpose of the thesis, the status of the research at home and abroad, the organization structure of the project management and the related theory of the project process. Then it introduces the general situation of DQSH company, analyzes the present situation of DQSH company's project management organization structure and finds its existing problems, analyzes the development status of DQSH company project progress, cost, quality management, information management and procurement management, and finds out the problems. On the basis of the analysis of the present situation, the project management group of DQSH company is designed. The optimization scheme of fabric structure is targeted to put forward project schedule control, cost control, quality management, information management and procurement management process optimization design. Finally, it puts forward the safeguard measures of DQSH company project management organization structure and process optimization implementation. The optimized item management organization structure and project process system will be shortened after optimization. DQSH company project duration, while reducing project costs, improve project management efficiency and quality, so that it is more confident in the face of market competition.
