【摘要】：本文通過對比分析法，就我國目前項(xiàng)目管理的實(shí)踐現(xiàn)狀與現(xiàn)代國際項(xiàng)目管理相比存在的諸多問題進(jìn)行了分析與研究，在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了若干建議和對策，全文共分四章。 論文第一章從探討項(xiàng)目管理的概念、特點(diǎn)和內(nèi)容開始論述，對西方現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理的發(fā)展歷程及特點(diǎn)作了全面的闡述。第二章對我國建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目管理的發(fā)展歷程及實(shí)踐現(xiàn)狀作了較全面的闡述，并進(jìn)行了比較分析，指出了存在的若干問題，然后從各個(gè)方面分析了差距產(chǎn)生的原因，并對一個(gè)具體的案例作了分析。 考慮2002年5月我國頒布實(shí)施了《建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目管理規(guī)范》，這是中國第一次就建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目管理問題拿出的第一個(gè)規(guī)范，是以國標(biāo)(GB／T50326-2001)正式頒發(fā)。但是與國際公認(rèn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系PMBOK相比存在諸多缺陷。論文第三章就新頒國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目管理規(guī)范》與國際公認(rèn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系PMBOK作簡單對比分析，指出存在的不足。 論文第四章從改善外部環(huán)境，改革公司架構(gòu)，提高管理人才素質(zhì)，加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目信息管理，加快與國際慣例接軌等諸多方面，針對未來中國建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目管理的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用提出了若干建議和對策。
[Abstract]:Through comparative analysis, this paper analyzes and studies the problems existing in the present practice of project management in our country compared with modern international project management, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on the basis of which, the full text is divided into four chapters. The first chapter discusses the concept, characteristics and contents of project management, and expounds the development course and characteristics of modern project management in western countries. In the second chapter, the development course and practice status of construction project management in our country are expounded, and some problems are pointed out, and then the causes of the gap are analyzed from various aspects. And a specific case is analyzed. Considering the promulgation and implementation of the "Construction Project Management Standard" in May 2002, this is the first time that China has put forward the first standard on the management of construction project, which was formally issued by GB / T / 50326-2001. However, compared with the internationally accepted standard system PMBOK, there are many defects. In the third chapter, the author makes a simple comparative analysis between the newly issued national standard "Construction Project Management Code" and the internationally accepted standard system PMBOK, and points out the shortcomings. The fourth chapter of the paper from the improvement of the external environment, reform the company structure, improve the quality of management personnel, strengthen the project information management, and accelerate the integration with international practices, and so on. Some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward for the development and application of construction project management in China in the future.
