【摘要】：本文首先簡要概述了彼得·圣吉的著作———《第五項(xiàng)修煉》 ,介紹了該書所論述的一種培養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)思考能力的方法———系統(tǒng)基模方法 ;接著從系統(tǒng)思考的角度 ,闡述了軟件項(xiàng)目管理中 ,不良的軟件項(xiàng)目系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)對軟件項(xiàng)目成功的影響 ;然后通過對三個(gè)系統(tǒng)基模應(yīng)用的實(shí)例分析 ,闡明了系統(tǒng)基模方法在管理軟件項(xiàng)目系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)方面的獨(dú)特功效 ;最后估計(jì)了系統(tǒng)基模方法在軟件項(xiàng)目管理方法學(xué)上可能的貢獻(xiàn) ,以及在軟件項(xiàng)目管理上的適用范圍。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the author first gives a brief overview of Peter Sanghi's work, "the Fifth practice", and introduces a method of cultivating the ability of systematic thinking-the basic mode method of system, which is discussed in the book, and then from the perspective of systematic thinking, This paper expounds the influence of poor system structure of software project on the success of software project in software project management, and then analyzes the application examples of three basic models of software project. This paper expounds the unique function of the system model method in the management of software project system structure, and finally estimates the possible contribution of the system base model method to the software project management methodology, and the scope of application in the software project management.
