【摘要】：針對(duì)當(dāng)前醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行維護(hù)所遇到的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合醫(yī)院信息技術(shù)部門(mén)所做的日常工作,總結(jié)遇到的問(wèn)題以及發(fā)展瓶頸,利用信息技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)庫(kù)理念的核心,即將信息技術(shù)與業(yè)務(wù)相結(jié)合使其系統(tǒng)化、流程化,研究設(shè)計(jì)一套基于信息技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)庫(kù)理念的醫(yī)院信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)行維護(hù)管理模式,將維護(hù)人員從平日被動(dòng)的救火模式轉(zhuǎn)換成一個(gè)將日常業(yè)務(wù)、項(xiàng)目管理、服務(wù)提供變?yōu)樽詣?dòng)化、規(guī)范化的管理模式,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)精細(xì)化管理。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems encountered in the operation and maintenance of the hospital information system at present, combined with the daily work done by the hospital information technology department, the problems encountered and the bottleneck of development are summarized, and the core of the concept of the information technology infrastructure library is used. This paper studies and designs a set of hospital information network operation and maintenance management model based on the concept of information technology infrastructure library to systematize and process information technology and business. The maintenance personnel are transformed from passive fire fighting mode to a management mode that turns routine business, project management and service provision into automation and standardization, so as to realize fine management.
