【摘要】：實(shí)驗(yàn)室是高校教學(xué)過程中的重要手段,在高校日常教學(xué)當(dāng)中扮演不可缺少的角色。實(shí)驗(yàn)室的管理又是一項(xiàng)內(nèi)容繁多復(fù)雜的工作,因?yàn)閷?shí)驗(yàn)室使用人員眾多,且實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)的事務(wù)復(fù)雜繁瑣且無序,正是這些原因?qū)?shí)驗(yàn)室的管理造成難度。云南技師學(xué)院在對(duì)該校的實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理中也遇到了實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理的共性問題,該校的生物實(shí)驗(yàn)室事務(wù)繁多,不易管理。傳統(tǒng)的管理模式,采用的紙質(zhì)記錄等方式已經(jīng)不能夠適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代發(fā)展,在實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理中出現(xiàn)較多失誤,且日常管理效率低下。如何采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、信息化技術(shù)來對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行綜合管理,解放復(fù)雜的人工勞動(dòng),成為該系統(tǒng)提出的基礎(chǔ)。根據(jù)云南技師學(xué)院生物實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理工作的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)類似系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行充分學(xué)習(xí)后,得出了該系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)架構(gòu),采用B/S(瀏覽器/服務(wù)器)模式,采用MVC開發(fā)模式,使用當(dāng)下比較流行的輕量級(jí)開源框架SSH(Struts2+Spring+Hibernate3)來對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行架構(gòu),確保該系統(tǒng)擁有良好的技術(shù)架構(gòu)。出于該系統(tǒng)對(duì)于數(shù)據(jù)信息擁有較高的安全性要求,采用SQL SERVER2012作為該系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫。該系統(tǒng)功能上實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)之初各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)需求,對(duì)于使用該系統(tǒng)的不同角色,如學(xué)生、教師、系統(tǒng)管理員等均有其對(duì)應(yīng)使用功能,包含日常工作管理功能、電子實(shí)驗(yàn)管理功能、試劑耗材管理功能、實(shí)驗(yàn)材料管理功能、固定資產(chǎn)管理功能、科研項(xiàng)目管理功能、知識(shí)管理功能。日常工作管理功能包含個(gè)人工作管理、實(shí)驗(yàn)室事務(wù)管理、站內(nèi)BBS等。電子實(shí)驗(yàn)管理功能包含實(shí)驗(yàn)管理,實(shí)驗(yàn)記錄模板。試劑耗材管理功能包含訂購登記,到貨登記,使用登記,產(chǎn)品目錄,供應(yīng)商。實(shí)驗(yàn)材料功能包含一般材料,特殊材料。云南技師學(xué)院生物實(shí)驗(yàn)室綜合管理系統(tǒng)的使用對(duì)于云南技師學(xué)院而言具有里程碑的意義,該系統(tǒng)的使用大大降低了實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理工作的工作量,提高管理人員的辦公效率,使得該校生物實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理進(jìn)入新的臺(tái)階。該系統(tǒng)的使用節(jié)約了大量的人力物力,使該校能夠更好的專注于學(xué)生教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提升。
[Abstract]:Laboratory is an important means in the teaching process of colleges and universities, and plays an indispensable role in the daily teaching of colleges and universities. The management of the laboratory is a complicated task, because there are a lot of personnel in the laboratory, and the affairs in the laboratory are complicated and disorderly. It is these reasons that cause the difficulty to the management of the laboratory. In the laboratory management of Yunnan technician College, there are many common problems in laboratory management, which is difficult to manage. The traditional management mode and the paper record can not adapt to the modern development, there are many mistakes in the laboratory management, and the efficiency of daily management is low. How to use the network and information technology to manage the laboratory synthetically and liberate the complicated labor becomes the foundation of the system. According to the actual situation of the management of biology laboratory in Yunnan technician College, after studying the similar system fully, the technical structure of the system is obtained. The B / S (browser / Server) pattern and MVC development mode are adopted. Using the popular lightweight open source framework SSHU Struts2 Spring hibernate 3) to ensure that the system has a good technical architecture. Because of the high security requirement of the system, SQL server 2012 is used as the database of the system. At the beginning of the system design, the system realized all kinds of business requirements. For the different roles of using the system, such as students, teachers, system administrators and so on, it has its corresponding function, including the daily work management function, etc. Electronic experiment management function, reagent consumption management function, experimental material management function, fixed assets management function, scientific research project management function, knowledge management function. Daily work management functions include personal work management, laboratory management, BBS, etc. Electronic experimental management features include experimental management, experimental record template. Reagent supplies management functions include order registration, arrival registration, usage registration, product catalog, supplier. Experimental materials function includes general materials, special materials. The use of the comprehensive management system of biology laboratory of Yunnan technician College is a milestone for Yunnan technician College. The use of the system has greatly reduced the workload of laboratory management and improved the efficiency of the management staff. So that the management of the school's biological laboratory into a new stage. The use of the system saves a lot of manpower and material resources, so that the school can better focus on the improvement of students' teaching quality.
