【摘要】：高校既是人才聚集、培養(yǎng)高層次人才的重要場(chǎng)所,也是科學(xué)研究的重要高地。隨著高校對(duì)科研工作重視程度的不斷提升和科研項(xiàng)目數(shù)量的日益增加,不僅加大了科研項(xiàng)目管理的工作量,而且對(duì)科研項(xiàng)目管理的方式方法提出了越來(lái)越高的要求。只有強(qiáng)化科研項(xiàng)目管理人員的服務(wù)意識(shí),提高科研項(xiàng)目管理人員的業(yè)務(wù)能力,遵循科研規(guī)律和動(dòng)態(tài)管理原則,構(gòu)建科研項(xiàng)目動(dòng)態(tài)管理體系,實(shí)行科研項(xiàng)目動(dòng)態(tài)管理,注重科研項(xiàng)目管理每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的評(píng)估監(jiān)督,才能提升高�？蒲许�(xiàng)目的立項(xiàng)率、結(jié)項(xiàng)率、優(yōu)秀率和轉(zhuǎn)化率,促進(jìn)高�？蒲袑�(shí)力不斷登上新的臺(tái)階。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities are not only the important places for talents gathering and training high-level talents, but also the important highland of scientific research. With the increasing attention to scientific research work in universities and the increasing number of scientific research projects, it not only increases the workload of scientific research project management, but also puts forward more and more methods and methods for the management of science and research projects. Only by strengthening the service consciousness of scientific research project managers, improving the business ability of scientific research project managers, following the laws of scientific research and the principle of dynamic management, building dynamic management system of scientific research projects, implementing dynamic management of scientific research projects and paying attention to the evaluation and supervision of every link of scientific research project management, can the scientific research projects in Colleges and universities be promoted. The establishment rate, knot item rate, excellence rate and conversion rate have promoted the scientific research capability of universities to continue to a new level.
