【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)建筑行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,針對(duì)建筑行業(yè)的工程項(xiàng)目管理需求也急劇增多。伴隨著電腦與Internet技術(shù)的發(fā)展,信息技術(shù)也得到了飛速發(fā)展,建筑行業(yè)工程項(xiàng)目管理信息化管理得到了人們的普遍認(rèn)可。然而,目前大部分建筑企業(yè)仍然采用傳統(tǒng)手工管理方式下,這種落后的工程管理方式已經(jīng)阻礙了建筑行業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此,利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和信息化技術(shù)對(duì)當(dāng)前的工程項(xiàng)目管理進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)建筑行業(yè)工程管理業(yè)務(wù)需求進(jìn)行深入分析是有重要意義的。為了解決目前我國(guó)建筑行業(yè)/的工程項(xiàng)目管理工作存在的問(wèn)題,決定開(kāi)發(fā)一個(gè)建筑行業(yè)工程項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)來(lái)緩解當(dāng)前工程項(xiàng)目管理的境況。系統(tǒng)主要包含項(xiàng)目信息管理、合同信息管理、工程預(yù)算管理、工程施工管理、工程結(jié)算管理和售后服務(wù)管理六個(gè)主要功能模塊。本文主要完成了如下幾個(gè)工作:(1)對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)建筑行業(yè)的工程項(xiàng)目管理工作進(jìn)行調(diào)研和分析,從而獲取建筑行業(yè)工程項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)需求,然后使用流程圖和UML圖對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)需求進(jìn)行分析,整理出系統(tǒng)的功能性、非功能性需求。(2)依據(jù)系統(tǒng)需求分析成果,進(jìn)行建筑行業(yè)工程項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),主要完成系統(tǒng)技術(shù)架構(gòu)、物理架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),系統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目信息管理、合同信息管理、工程預(yù)算管理、工程施工管理、工程結(jié)算管理和售后服務(wù)管理模塊的業(yè)務(wù)邏輯設(shè)計(jì),最后完成系統(tǒng)后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)。(3)在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行建筑行業(yè)工程項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)工作,系統(tǒng)的前臺(tái)界面使用ASP.NET、DIV+CSS、HTML和JavaScript等技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn);系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)邏輯處理使用的是C#、ADO.NET和SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。(4)進(jìn)行建筑行業(yè)工程項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)測(cè)試工作,主要使用黑盒測(cè)試法對(duì)系統(tǒng)的主要功能模塊進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)輸入、輸出和業(yè)務(wù)處理流程驗(yàn)證。通過(guò)本系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)可以提高建筑行業(yè)工程項(xiàng)目管理工作的效率,使得建筑行業(yè)的工程項(xiàng)目管理工作流程更加規(guī)范和科學(xué),同時(shí)也是對(duì)國(guó)家提倡的產(chǎn)業(yè)信息化工作的有力支持。
[Abstract]:With the development of construction industry in China, the demand of project management for construction industry increases rapidly. With the development of computer and Internet technology, information technology has also been rapidly developed, the construction industry project management information management has been widely recognized. However, at present, most construction enterprises still adopt traditional manual management, which has hindered the development of construction industry. Therefore, it is of great significance to optimize the design of the current engineering project management by using the network technology and information technology, and to analyze the engineering management business requirements of the construction industry in depth. In order to solve the problems existing in the construction industry / project management in China, it is decided to develop an engineering project management system in the construction industry to alleviate the current situation of engineering project management. The system includes six main function modules: project information management, contract information management, project budget management, engineering construction management, project settlement management and after-sales service management. This paper mainly completed the following work: 1) to investigate and analyze the current project management work in the construction industry in China, so as to obtain the business requirements of the engineering project management system in the construction industry. Then use the flow chart and UML diagram to analyze the business requirements, sort out the system functional, non-functional requirements, according to the system requirements analysis results, carry out the construction industry engineering project management system design, Mainly completes the system technical structure, the physical structure design, the system project information management, the contract information management, the project budget management, the engineering construction management, the project settlement management and the after-sales service management module business logic design, Finally, the system background database design. 3) on the basis of the system design, the system implementation of the engineering project management system in the construction industry is carried out. The foreground interface of the system is implemented with ASP. Net DIV CSSU HTML and JavaScript technology. The business logic of the system is to test the project management system of the construction industry by using C#Ado. Net and SQL Server database. It mainly uses the black box test method to carry on the data input to the main function module of the system. Output and business process validation. Through the development of this system, the efficiency of engineering project management in the construction industry can be improved, and the work flow of engineering project management in the construction industry can be more standardized and scientific, and it is also a powerful support to the industry information work advocated by the state.
