【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)是我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ),農(nóng)資產(chǎn)品是我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略投入品,構(gòu)建農(nóng)資連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)與體系,不僅是確保農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全的基礎(chǔ)保障,更是發(fā)展農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì),提高農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的重要模式。本論文主要基于項(xiàng)目過(guò)程管理理論,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理的技術(shù)與方法,以南寧市供銷社農(nóng)資連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程所存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探索研究。論文首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)理論研究的發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)進(jìn)行了綜述,闡明了現(xiàn)代農(nóng)資供應(yīng)鏈的內(nèi)涵,對(duì)連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)的三種模式進(jìn)行了比較分析,結(jié)合南寧市供銷社農(nóng)資連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)項(xiàng)目的背景與資源條件,確定了南寧市供銷社農(nóng)資連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)的形式。其次,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目過(guò)程管理的相關(guān)理論和方法,通過(guò)SWOT分析法,得出南寧市供銷社農(nóng)資連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)項(xiàng)目的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)與挑戰(zhàn),并對(duì)管理過(guò)程存在的障礙要素進(jìn)行了識(shí)別和分析,研究表明,南寧市供銷社農(nóng)資連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)項(xiàng)目的起始過(guò)程、計(jì)劃過(guò)程、實(shí)施過(guò)程都分別存在兩大障礙要素,控制過(guò)程存在五大障礙要素�；谏鲜鲅芯�,最后,為了確保南寧市供銷社農(nóng)資連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),論文對(duì)項(xiàng)目各管理過(guò)程分別提出了針對(duì)性的管理對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the foundation of our national economy, and agricultural products are strategic inputs for the development of agriculture in our country. To construct a chain management network and system of agricultural materials is not only the basic guarantee to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products, but also the development of rural economy. To improve agricultural economic efficiency and efficiency, to achieve the strategic goal of urbanization in China an important model. This paper is mainly based on the theory of project process management, using the technology and method of project management, taking the chain management project of supply and marketing cooperative of Nanning city as the research object, the problems existing in the process of project management are explored and studied. Firstly, this paper summarizes the development trend of chain management theory at home and abroad, clarifies the connotation of modern agricultural supply chain, and makes a comparative analysis of three modes of chain management. Combined with the background and resource condition of the agricultural material chain operation project of Nanning supply and marketing cooperative, the form of agricultural material chain operation in Nanning supply and marketing cooperative is determined. Secondly, by using the relevant theories and methods of project process management, through SWOT analysis, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the agricultural supply and marketing cooperative chain management projects in Nanning are obtained. The paper identifies and analyzes the obstacle factors in the management process. The research shows that there are two major obstacles in the starting process, the planning process and the implementation process of the chain management project of supply and marketing cooperatives in Nanning. There are five major obstacles in the control process. Based on the above research, finally, in order to ensure the realization of the goal of the chain management project of supply and marketing cooperatives in Nanning, the paper puts forward corresponding management countermeasures for each management process of the project.
