【摘要】：論文介紹了中山市廣播電視大學(xué)收費(fèi)管理信息系統(tǒng)的研究背景、項(xiàng)目意義和目前的研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,明確了論文研究的主要內(nèi)容和工作；在業(yè)務(wù)分析中,論文對(duì)收費(fèi)管理信息系統(tǒng)存在的問(wèn)題、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、原有業(yè)務(wù)流程等進(jìn)行了分析,給出了優(yōu)化后的業(yè)務(wù)流程；在功能分析中,論文通過(guò)用例分析和用例描述,明確了系統(tǒng)的功能,給出了系統(tǒng)的總體功能包圖和子功能包圖,包括收費(fèi)項(xiàng)目管理、收繳費(fèi)管理、退費(fèi)管理、票據(jù)管理、收費(fèi)賬務(wù)管理、系統(tǒng)管理等子包圖；在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,論文對(duì)系統(tǒng)各功能的所需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,給出了實(shí)體類關(guān)系圖,建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表結(jié)構(gòu)；論文最后對(duì)所做的研究與分析工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并展望了進(jìn)一步的工作。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the research background, project significance and current research and application status of charge management information system of Zhongshan Radio and Television University, and clarifies the main contents and work of the paper. The paper analyzes the problems existing in the charge management information system, the organization, the original business process and so on, and gives the optimized business process, in the function analysis, the paper clarifies the function of the system through the use case analysis and the use case description. The general function package diagram and sub-function package diagram of the system are given, including charge item management, charge collection management, refund management, bill management, charge account management, system management and so on. This paper analyzes the data needed to deal with each function of the system, gives the entity class diagram, and establishes the database table structure. Finally, the paper summarizes the research and analysis work done, and looks forward to further work.
