【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定增長和國家綜合國力的進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng),我國建材裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展明顯加快,重大建材制造技術(shù)裝備的自主化水平顯著提高,國際競爭力進(jìn)一步提升。但是,市場競爭日益激烈,建材裝備制造也面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)形勢。隨著信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,近年來信息化系統(tǒng)軟件廣泛應(yīng)用于制造企業(yè),為企業(yè)的管理帶來了便捷;诖,本文根據(jù)建材裝備企業(yè)所面臨的問題,結(jié)合信息化管理的思想方法,研究面向建材裝備制造企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目管理業(yè)務(wù)控制流程和相關(guān)關(guān)鍵技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)了項(xiàng)目管理軟件系統(tǒng)。主要工作內(nèi)容如下:(1)提出了建材裝備制造企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理的業(yè)務(wù)控制流程。分別從物料管理方法、BOM業(yè)務(wù)流程構(gòu)建、生產(chǎn)預(yù)警控制以及成本統(tǒng)計(jì)方法四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述與說明,并提出與建材裝備制造企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)流程相適應(yīng)的項(xiàng)目管理業(yè)務(wù)邏輯和控制模型,為建材裝備企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的形成與發(fā)展提供了理論基礎(chǔ)和依據(jù)。(2)研究了建材裝備制造企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。根據(jù)建材裝備制造企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目管理方法,分別對多級(jí)物料清單(Bill of Material,BOM)模型構(gòu)建、主生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理、基于項(xiàng)目的成本統(tǒng)計(jì)以及財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算控制等四個(gè)方面的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。(3)建材裝備制造企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)及應(yīng)用。文中結(jié)合某建材裝備制造企業(yè)實(shí)際管理模式和方法,分別對項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的功能結(jié)構(gòu)、開發(fā)環(huán)境以及項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)等進(jìn)行了分析與設(shè)計(jì),并開發(fā)了相應(yīng)項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)(Project Management System,PMS),已經(jīng)在該建材裝備制造企業(yè)得到實(shí)際應(yīng)用并通過驗(yàn)收,取得良好的效果。
[Abstract]:With the sustained and steady growth of China's economy and the further enhancement of the national comprehensive national strength, the development of China's building materials and equipment manufacturing industry has obviously accelerated, the level of autonomy of major building materials manufacturing technology and equipment has improved significantly, and the international competitiveness has been further enhanced. However, the market competition is increasingly fierce, building materials equipment manufacturing is also facing a severe challenge. With the rapid development of information technology, information system software has been widely used in manufacturing enterprises in recent years, which brings convenience to enterprise management. Based on this, according to the problems faced by building materials and equipment enterprises, combined with the idea of information management, this paper studies the project management business control flow and related key technologies for building materials equipment manufacturing enterprises. The project management software system is designed and developed. The main work is as follows: (1) the business control flow of project management in building materials equipment manufacturing enterprises is proposed. Respectively from the material management method BOM business process construction, production early warning control and cost statistics methods are described and explained in detail. A project management business logic and control model suitable for the business process of building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprises is proposed. This paper provides a theoretical basis and basis for the formation and development of project management system for building materials and equipment enterprises. The key technology of project management system for building materials equipment manufacturing enterprises is studied. According to the project management method of building materials equipment manufacturing enterprise, the multistage bill of material (BOM) model is constructed, and the main production plan is managed. Based on the four key technologies of project cost statistics and financial budget control, this paper studies the development and application of project management system in building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprises. In this paper, the function structure, development environment and project management system of the project management system are analyzed and designed in combination with the actual management mode and method of a building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprise. The corresponding project management system, Project Management system, has been developed and has been applied in this building material equipment manufacturing enterprise and passed the acceptance inspection, and good results have been obtained.
