【摘要】：本文針對(duì)天津某工程管理咨詢公司實(shí)際工作中存在的以下管理問(wèn)題：第一、該公司文件數(shù)量龐大,但沒(méi)有進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分類,文檔檢索、查閱困難；第二、該公司文件存放分散,文件版本更新頻繁,不能及時(shí)傳達(dá),經(jīng)常造成工作失誤；第三、部分文件具有很高的保密性,需要加強(qiáng)文件安全管理；第四、在項(xiàng)目管理中員工工作變動(dòng)頻繁,但是員工信息無(wú)法及時(shí)反饋到人事部門(mén),造成員工管理混亂；第五、公司的項(xiàng)目分散在各地,各個(gè)項(xiàng)目組的員工溝通困難。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)并開(kāi)發(fā)了一套完整的信息支持平臺(tái)。該信息支持平臺(tái)采用ASP.NET與角色訪問(wèn)控制(RBAC)技術(shù)相結(jié)合,設(shè)計(jì)出了一套以RBAC權(quán)限分配體系為基礎(chǔ)的可配置型的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)。本系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建了文檔在線集中管理平臺(tái),用戶可自定義文檔目錄,對(duì)文檔進(jìn)行分類管理,并實(shí)現(xiàn)了文檔檢索和查閱功能。在文檔庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)了三種不同的用戶權(quán)限,即管理權(quán)限、下載查看權(quán)限、查看權(quán)限,實(shí)現(xiàn)了文件的及時(shí)更新與共享,并且也保障了機(jī)密文件的安全性。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)了崗位、成員和權(quán)限的完全自主配置,系統(tǒng)管理員可以自行定制公司的組織機(jī)構(gòu),組織機(jī)構(gòu)樹(shù)中的崗位與成員之間采用多對(duì)多的關(guān)系,即每個(gè)崗位可添加多個(gè)成員,而且每個(gè)成員可以身兼多個(gè)崗位,能夠及時(shí)更新員工的工作狀態(tài),實(shí)現(xiàn)了公司人員動(dòng)態(tài)管理。系統(tǒng)還構(gòu)建了在線交流論壇,公司各個(gè)項(xiàng)目組員工可以進(jìn)行在線交流,解決技術(shù)問(wèn)題,增長(zhǎng)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)。該信息支持平臺(tái)在天津某工程管理咨詢公司上線運(yùn)行后,解決了該公司文檔的在線查詢、檢索等管理問(wèn)題,同時(shí)保證了機(jī)密文檔的安全性。另外,系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施還有效解決了公司人員的動(dòng)態(tài)管理和知識(shí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的有效溝通與交流,提高了辦公效率。
[Abstract]:This paper aims at the following management problems existing in the actual work of a project management consulting company in Tianjin: first, the company has a large number of documents, but it has no systematic classification, document retrieval and difficulty in consulting; second, the documents of the company are stored and scattered. Document version update frequently, can not be communicated in time, often cause work errors; third, some documents are highly confidential, need to strengthen document security management; fourth, in the project management, staff work changes frequently, However, the employee information can not be feedback to the personnel department in time, resulting in confusion in employee management; fifthly, the company's projects are scattered around, each project team staff communication difficulties. Aiming at these problems, a complete information support platform is designed and developed. This information support platform combines ASP.NET with role access control (RBAC) technology and designs a configurable system architecture based on RBAC privilege allocation system. In this system, a document online centralized management platform is constructed. Users can customize the document catalog, manage the document classified, and realize the function of document retrieval and consultation. Three different user rights are designed in the document library, that is, management permission, download and view permission, which can realize the timely updating and sharing of files, and also ensure the security of confidential files. The system has designed the post, the member and the authority completely independent configuration, the system administrator may customize the company's organization by oneself, the organization tree adopts the many-to-many relations between the post and the member, that is, each post may add more than one member, And each member can hold multiple positions, can update the working status of the staff in time, and realize the dynamic management of the company personnel. The system also constructs an online exchange forum, where all project team employees can communicate online, solve technical problems, and increase project experience. After the information support platform was put into operation in a project management consulting company in Tianjin, it solved the management problems of online query and retrieval of the company's documents, and ensured the security of the confidential documents at the same time. In addition, the implementation of the system effectively solves the dynamic management of company personnel and effective communication and exchange of knowledge and experience, and improves office efficiency.
