【摘要】：信息時代到來,以及信息技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,有利地促進(jìn)了電信行業(yè)的信息化建設(shè),之前的信息化軟件系統(tǒng)大多都是由一個個單一的、孤立的信息子系統(tǒng)組成,每一個子系統(tǒng)由一個軟件廠商單獨(dú)進(jìn)行開發(fā)實施。隨著云計算、大數(shù)據(jù)處理和虛擬化等信息技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)與使用,電信行業(yè)信息化建設(shè)進(jìn)入了一個嶄新的時期,要求實現(xiàn)平臺加應(yīng)用的信息化建設(shè)模式,會更加關(guān)注平臺、關(guān)注應(yīng)用、弱化系統(tǒng)概念,此時的軟件系統(tǒng)開發(fā)需要多個軟件廠商承接建設(shè),并且要求各個廠商子項目之間相互關(guān)聯(lián)、協(xié)調(diào)合作,共同完成整個系統(tǒng)。傳統(tǒng)的單項目進(jìn)度管理思想,已經(jīng)不能滿足這類信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)項目的進(jìn)度管理要求。項目群管理理論是項目管理理論的重大突破,為多合作方的軟件項目的進(jìn)度控制管理提供了切實可行的指導(dǎo)思路。本文通過關(guān)鍵鏈理論和項目群管理模式在LT公司UCloud軟件項目進(jìn)度控制上的應(yīng)用研究,形成一套對現(xiàn)代信息化項目的過程進(jìn)度控制的保障體系,將為以后公司和個人從事同類項目的完成提供借鑒,并為國內(nèi)其他類似軟件項目的進(jìn)度控制提供一個完整的控制優(yōu)化方案;并舉一反三,為其它項目的進(jìn)度控制提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the information age and the continuous development of information technology, it is advantageous to promote the information construction of the telecommunications industry. Before that, most of the information software systems were composed of a single, isolated information subsystem. Each subsystem is developed and implemented by a software vendor alone. With the emergence and use of information technologies such as cloud computing, big data processing and virtualization, the information construction of telecommunications industry has entered a new period, which requires the implementation of the platform plus application of the information construction model, and will pay more attention to the platform. Attention is paid to application and the concept of system is weakened. At this time, software system development needs many software vendors to undertake the construction, and requires each manufacturer to cooperate with each other in order to complete the whole system. The traditional idea of single project schedule management can not meet the schedule management requirements of this kind of information system construction project. The theory of project group management is a great breakthrough in project management theory and provides a practical guiding idea for multi-partner software project schedule control management. Based on the application of key chain theory and project group management model in UCloud software project schedule control of LT company, this paper forms a guarantee system for the process schedule control of modern information project. It will provide reference for the completion of similar projects in future companies and individuals, and provide a complete control optimization scheme for other similar software projects in China, and provide a reference for the progress control of other projects.
