【摘要】：美國博物館與圖書館服務協(xié)會通過大規(guī)模、高頻次研討會的召開,分類基金項目和因果鏈分析,采用試點開發(fā)的方式推出了圖書館領域基金項目報告工具。該工具明確了項目報告包括項目說明、活動報告、評估問答及成果衡量四大主體結(jié)構,并對各范疇下的明細做出了具體規(guī)定。該項目報告工具也為國內(nèi)圖書館界的項目管理提供了新視角及新途徑。
[Abstract]:The American Association of Museums and Library Services developed a library field fund reporting tool through large-scale, high-frequency seminars, classified fund projects and causality chain analysis. The tool clarifies the main structure of project report including project description, activity report, evaluation question and answer, and achievement measurement, and specifies the details of each category. The project reporting tool also provides a new perspective and a new way for the domestic library industry to manage the project.
