【摘要】：本文研究中小型科技企業(yè)在轉(zhuǎn)型過程中的新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項目管理,特別是針對其中繼承性和創(chuàng)新性較為均衡的企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型類型進(jìn)行研究,并結(jié)合具體案例給出應(yīng)用概況。論文主要完成以下工作。首先是分析該類企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型中的新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項目的關(guān)鍵性要素,從市場層面、管理層面和技術(shù)層面進(jìn)行分析研討。第二是設(shè)計針對該類轉(zhuǎn)型企業(yè)的新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項目管理框架,結(jié)合該類轉(zhuǎn)型企業(yè)的特點(diǎn),從項目管理實施步驟和階段性任務(wù)的角度,給出新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項目管理的主要流程和主要任務(wù),并對其中的重要任務(wù)進(jìn)行展開研討。在論述過程中,結(jié)合企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型實際情況對每個階段的項目管理任務(wù),分析其主要須解決的目標(biāo)、風(fēng)險和方法。對上述每項研討,論文都結(jié)合翔宇科技公司的轉(zhuǎn)型案例概述實際應(yīng)用情況。本文所研討和構(gòu)建的針對創(chuàng)新/繼承均衡型轉(zhuǎn)型企業(yè)的新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項目管理框架,總體上具有以下特點(diǎn)。在整體上,研發(fā)項目管理以滿足客戶需求為主線。在技術(shù)層面上,研發(fā)項目管理以構(gòu)建良好的產(chǎn)品架構(gòu)為核心。在具體管理過程中,盡可能實施小步快跑和漸進(jìn)式管理�？傊�,本文對所論述的方法進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的理論分析,同時在實際企業(yè)應(yīng)用中也取得了初步成效,初步表明了其科學(xué)性和實用性。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the R & D project management of new products in the process of transformation of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises, especially the transformation types of which inheritance and innovation are more balanced, and gives a general situation of application in combination with specific cases. The thesis mainly completes the following work. Firstly, the key elements of the new product R & D project in the transformation of this kind of enterprises are analyzed and discussed from the market level, the management level and the technical level. The second is to design a new product R & D project management framework for this kind of transition enterprises, combining the characteristics of this kind of transition enterprises, from the perspective of project management implementation steps and phased tasks. The main process and task of new product R & D project management are given, and the important tasks are discussed. In the process of discussion, combined with the actual situation of enterprise transformation, the project management tasks in each stage are analyzed, and the main objectives, risks and methods to be solved are analyzed. For each of the above studies, the paper summarizes the practical application of Xiangyu Technology Company's transformation case. This paper discusses and constructs a new product R & D project management framework for innovation / inheritance equilibrium transition enterprises, which has the following characteristics. Overall, R & D project management to meet customer needs as the main line. At the technical level, R & D project management is to build a good product architecture as the core. In the specific management process, as far as possible to implement the small-step fast-run and progressive management. In a word, this paper makes a detailed theoretical analysis of the methods discussed, and at the same time, makes a preliminary achievement in the application of practical enterprises, which shows its scientific and practicability.
