【摘要】：正因國有經(jīng)濟布局的戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)整和產(chǎn)權制度改革的需要,企業(yè)國有資產(chǎn)的評估行為仍將大量發(fā)生。國有資產(chǎn)監(jiān)督管理委員會作為政府的代表,既是企業(yè)國有資產(chǎn)的監(jiān)管部門,又履行出資人職責,因此其既是國有資產(chǎn)評估行為的監(jiān)督者,又是評估結果的使用者,從而肩負著重大的責任。為對省級國有資產(chǎn)監(jiān)督管理委員會這一工作職責的內(nèi)涵與外延進行分析,我們對廣東省國有企業(yè)的資產(chǎn)評估工作以及相關情況開展了調(diào)研,現(xiàn)就有關情況報告如下。
[Abstract]:Due to the strategic adjustment of the distribution of the state-owned economy and the need of the reform of the property right system, the evaluation of the state-owned assets of the enterprises will still occur in large quantities. As the representative of the government, the State-owned assets Supervision and Administration Commission is not only the supervision department of the state-owned assets of the enterprise, but also performs the duties of the investor, so it is not only the supervisor of the evaluation of the state-owned assets, but also the user of the evaluation results. Thus shouldering a great responsibility. In order to analyze the connotation and extension of the work responsibility of the provincial state-owned assets supervision and management committee, we have carried out investigation and research on the assets evaluation work and related situation of the state-owned enterprises in Guangdong Province. The report is as follows.
