【摘要】：上海電力電纜工程有限公司不斷深入拓展業(yè)務(wù)范圍和經(jīng)常競爭優(yōu)勢,并且始終重視對管理信息化的長期建設(shè)。該公司的業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)是以項(xiàng)目管理為基本運(yùn)作模式,企業(yè)的物資流、資金流和信息流的管理圍繞項(xiàng)目的高效運(yùn)作為核心目標(biāo)進(jìn)行組織。該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與實(shí)施是上海電力電纜工程公司實(shí)施新階段的經(jīng)營管理戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分,將為該企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作管理提供更有效的信息化工具。該公司的工程物資管理系統(tǒng)是作為與該公司的工程項(xiàng)目作業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)相配套的軟件分系統(tǒng),對工程項(xiàng)目的作業(yè)提供物資及設(shè)備資產(chǎn)管理實(shí)務(wù)方面的輔助支持。該系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)功能具體包含物資基礎(chǔ)信息管理功能、物資計(jì)劃管理模塊功能、工程材料設(shè)計(jì)與審核管理功能、工程材料的領(lǐng)用和退料管理功能以及計(jì)量設(shè)備及資產(chǎn)信息管理功能。本文以此為基本需求,從軟件開發(fā)的角度論述該系統(tǒng)的需求分析、設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。論文描述了該軟件的功能需求和用例模型,建立了軟件架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案,然后對其中的主要組成模塊,特別是物資計(jì)劃類管理模塊、物資作業(yè)類管理模塊和設(shè)備資產(chǎn)類信息管理模塊的設(shè)計(jì)及其內(nèi)部事務(wù)處理單元進(jìn)行了較詳細(xì)的討論,闡述了該系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)及數(shù)據(jù)庫表的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例,最后對該軟件在服務(wù)器端及其客戶端的主要模塊的程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)及其測試進(jìn)行概述。該軟件采用C#和Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫編程開發(fā),目前已完成測試,開始加載實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行試運(yùn)行階段。試運(yùn)行過程表明該系統(tǒng)能夠較好地解決該企業(yè)在物資計(jì)劃、工程材料庫存及工程設(shè)備資產(chǎn)的統(tǒng)籌管理,在全公司范圍提供及時(shí)和準(zhǔn)確的信息,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的開發(fā)目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Shanghai Electric Power Cable Engineering Co., Ltd. has been expanding its business scope and competitive advantage, and has always attached importance to the long-term construction of management information. The business characteristic of the company is to take project management as the basic mode of operation, and the management of enterprise material flow, capital flow and information flow is organized around the core goal of the efficient operation of the project. The development and implementation of the system is an important part of the management strategy of Shanghai Electric Power Cable Engineering Company in the new stage, which will provide a more effective information tool for the project operation and management of the company. The engineering material management system of the company is a software subsystem matching with the project operation management system of the company, which provides material and equipment asset management practical assistance support to the project operation. The business functions of the system include material basic information management function, material planning management module function, engineering material design and audit management function, The management function of receiving and returning materials and the information management function of measuring equipment and assets. This paper discusses the requirement analysis, design and implementation of the system from the point of view of software development. This paper describes the functional requirements and use case models of the software, establishes the software architecture design scheme, and then discusses the main modules, especially the material planning class management module. The design of material operation class management module and equipment asset class information management module and its internal transaction processing unit are discussed in detail. The database design and database table design examples of the system are described. Finally, the program implementation and test of the main modules of the software in the server and its client are summarized. The software is developed with C # and Oracle database. At present, the software has completed the test and started to load the actual project data for the trial run phase. The trial operation shows that the system can solve the management of material planning, engineering material inventory and engineering equipment assets, provide timely and accurate information in the whole company, and achieve the expected development goal.
