【摘要】：分析了工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)的相關知識,總結(jié)了技術結(jié)構(gòu)分解的基本原則,對技術結(jié)構(gòu)分解過程及方法進行了闡述。比較了技術分解結(jié)構(gòu)的創(chuàng)建方法,從確定合適的細分層次和構(gòu)筑分解邏輯兩方面描述了創(chuàng)建技術分解結(jié)構(gòu)需要做出的基本判斷。從核心特點和與應用相關的特點兩方面分析了技術分解結(jié)構(gòu)的質(zhì)量評估。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the relevant knowledge of the structure of work decomposition, summarizes the basic principles of the decomposition of the technical structure, and expounds the process and method of the decomposition of the technical structure. In this paper, the method of creating technology decomposition structure is compared, and the basic judgment to create technology decomposition structure is described from two aspects: determining appropriate subdivision level and constructing decomposition logic. The quality evaluation of technical decomposition structure is analyzed from two aspects: core characteristics and application related characteristics.
