【摘要】：為進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目管理理論的運(yùn)用,本文以家電行業(yè)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)輿情預(yù)警監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目管理過程為研究目標(biāo),采用項(xiàng)目管理中的PRINCE2體系相關(guān)知識(shí),創(chuàng)新的在C公司內(nèi)部建立BCPP項(xiàng)目管理方法,在國內(nèi)外行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、技術(shù)架構(gòu)等方面,通過商務(wù)論證調(diào)優(yōu)及項(xiàng)目范圍規(guī)劃,采用對(duì)比分析、標(biāo)桿分析和SWOT模型的方法對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行解讀,在立項(xiàng)的可行性分析、進(jìn)度組織以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制方面,通過TOPSIS法等給項(xiàng)目管理提供支撐,探索出在傳統(tǒng)家電行業(yè)如何更好地進(jìn)行互聯(lián)網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目管理的解決辦法。文中采用BCPP的項(xiàng)目管理方法,首先在商務(wù)論證(BC)過程中分析了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)輿情的國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀,指出掌握互聯(lián)網(wǎng)輿情信息的重要性,同時(shí)對(duì)現(xiàn)有家電等行業(yè)輿情分析系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀等進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,并采用TOPSIS法對(duì)項(xiàng)目的可行性方案進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)估,從而在商務(wù)擇優(yōu)和立項(xiàng)可行性方面給以有力支撐;其次在項(xiàng)目范圍規(guī)劃(P)過程中,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)、需求分析以及C公司自身技術(shù)積累現(xiàn)狀,用SWOT模型整理出了C公司從事本文研究?jī)?nèi)容的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),在上述分析基礎(chǔ)上,通過范圍管理等手段以輿情預(yù)警監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)整體架構(gòu)為切入點(diǎn),通過技術(shù)架構(gòu)和業(yè)務(wù)架構(gòu)兩條路線,確立了項(xiàng)目輿情和家電行業(yè)結(jié)合的路徑,在范圍管理方面探索出目前我公司的最佳實(shí)踐;最后在項(xiàng)目SP管理(P)過程中,有效的定義了該項(xiàng)目的組織架構(gòu),優(yōu)化了項(xiàng)目全生命周期的過程管控,同時(shí)對(duì)品質(zhì)控制、財(cái)務(wù)管理、計(jì)劃實(shí)施、變更調(diào)整等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了充分的強(qiáng)化,保障了項(xiàng)目的有效實(shí)施。BCPP項(xiàng)目管理方法的提出,有效地解決了C公司從事互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+領(lǐng)域的項(xiàng)目管理問題,在規(guī)范項(xiàng)目管理過程的基礎(chǔ)上提升了項(xiàng)目實(shí)施效率。
[Abstract]:In order to further promote the application of project management theory, this paper takes the project management process of Internet public opinion early warning monitoring system in household appliance industry as the research goal, and adopts the relevant knowledge of PRINCE2 system in project management. Innovative in C company to establish BCPP project management methods, in the domestic and foreign industry status, technical framework, through business demonstration optimization and project scope planning, using comparative analysis, The benchmarking analysis and the method of SWOT model are used to interpret the system. In the aspects of feasibility analysis, schedule organization and risk control, the project management is supported by the TOPSIS method. To explore the traditional home appliance industry how to better carry out Internet project management solutions. In this paper, the project management method of BCPP is used to analyze the current situation of Internet public opinion at home and abroad, and the importance of mastering Internet public opinion information is pointed out. At the same time, the current situation of public opinion analysis system in industry such as household appliances is compared and analyzed, and the feasibility scheme of the project is comprehensively evaluated by using TOPSIS method. Secondly, in the process of project scope planning, combined with the characteristics of the project, the requirement analysis and the current situation of C company's own technology accumulation, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of C company engaged in the research of this paper are sorted out by using SWOT model. On the basis of the above analysis, by means of scope management and other means, the whole framework of public opinion early warning monitoring system is taken as the breakthrough point, and the combination of project public opinion and household appliance industry is established through two routes: technical framework and business structure. In the aspect of scope management, we explore the best practice of our company. Finally, in the process of project SP management, we define the organization structure of the project effectively, optimize the process control of the whole life cycle of the project, and control the quality of the project at the same time. The contents of financial management, plan implementation, change adjustment and so on have been fully strengthened, which has ensured the effective implementation of the project. BCPP project management method has effectively solved the problem of project management in the Internet domain of C Company. On the basis of standardizing the process of project management, the efficiency of project implementation is improved.
