【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟逐步融入全球經(jīng)濟體系,國內(nèi)建筑行業(yè)逐漸意識到自身項目管理水平的不足,建筑企業(yè)如何由粗放型管理向精細化管理轉(zhuǎn)變成為當務(wù)之急的問題。全面推行項目精細化管理,全力推進降本增效勢在必行。精細化管理是以專業(yè)化為前提、系統(tǒng)化為保證、數(shù)據(jù)化為標準、信息化為手段,以獲得更高效率、更多效益和更強競爭力的一種管理方法。但我國建筑行業(yè)一直缺乏一套成熟的、行之有效的工程項目精細化管理系統(tǒng)。本文以廣州地鐵工程項目精細化管理為背景,基于建筑工程項目精細化管理的思想和管理理論,闡述了精細化管理在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理中的作用和意義,詳細介紹了廣州地鐵工程項目精細化管理模式的實施手段和實施標準。通過對精細化管理的載體—一體化項目管理平臺的界面、功能、實操詳細介紹了廣州地鐵精細化管理模式的流程,并對存在的問題進行了初步的分析和討論。引入項目管理學中的非參數(shù)分析法對廣州地鐵精細化管理的效率進行了分析和計算。研究表明廣州地鐵工程項目精細化管理對其建設(shè)效率有較大影響,證明了廣州地鐵精細化管理的成效。以電子平臺為載體的廣州地鐵工程項目精細化管理系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了精細化需要的專業(yè)化、系統(tǒng)化、數(shù)據(jù)化和信息化,對發(fā)展我國建筑工程項目精細化管理系統(tǒng)有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the gradual integration of China's economy into the global economic system, the domestic construction industry is gradually aware of the deficiencies of its own project management level. How to transform construction enterprises from extensive management to fine management has become an urgent issue. It is imperative to push forward the cost reduction and increase efficiency by carrying out the project fine management in an all-round way. Meticulous management is a management method which takes specialization as the premise systematization as the guarantee data as the standard and information as the means to obtain higher efficiency more benefit and stronger competitiveness. However, China's construction industry has been lack of a mature, effective engineering project fine management system. Based on the thought and management theory of fine management of construction engineering project, this paper expounds the function and significance of fine management in modern enterprise management. The implementation methods and standards of the fine management mode of Guangzhou metro project are introduced in detail. Through the interface, function and operation of the integrated project management platform which is the carrier of fine management, this paper introduces in detail the flow of the fine management mode of Guangzhou Metro, and makes a preliminary analysis and discussion on the existing problems. This paper introduces the non-parametric analysis method in project management to analyze and calculate the efficiency of the fine management of Guangzhou metro. The research shows that the fine management of Guangzhou metro project has great influence on its construction efficiency, which proves the effectiveness of the fine management of Guangzhou subway project. Based on electronic platform, Guangzhou metro project fine management system has realized the specialization, systematization, data and information, which has certain reference function to the development of our country construction project fine management system.
