【摘要】：項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用從80年代開(kāi)始僅限于建筑、國(guó)防、航天等行業(yè),如今己迅速發(fā)展到今天的電子通訊、計(jì)算機(jī)、金融甚至互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等眾多領(lǐng)域。目前在國(guó)內(nèi),隨著企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的不斷加強(qiáng),IT行業(yè)的項(xiàng)目管理逐漸得到深化應(yīng)用,項(xiàng)目管理者也不斷嘗試通過(guò)信息化的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)來(lái)對(duì)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程進(jìn)行管理,從而逐步取代傳統(tǒng)的純?nèi)斯す芾砗图垎蝹鬟f審批等管理模式,以此來(lái)提高項(xiàng)目管理的質(zhì)量和效率,對(duì)SAP系統(tǒng)實(shí)施的項(xiàng)目管理而言,除了對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目需求、項(xiàng)目變更、項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)、項(xiàng)目測(cè)試、項(xiàng)目問(wèn)題等管理之外,更重要的是對(duì)項(xiàng)目成員以及工時(shí)和進(jìn)度的管理,于是玖龍紙業(yè)“鳳凰項(xiàng)目”項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)在SAP系統(tǒng)實(shí)施的項(xiàng)目管理方面獲得廣泛使用。論文介紹了玖龍紙業(yè)“鳳凰項(xiàng)目”項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景、項(xiàng)目意義和目前的研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,明確了論文研究的內(nèi)容和主要工作；在業(yè)務(wù)分析中,論文對(duì)“鳳凰項(xiàng)目”項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)組織結(jié)構(gòu)、組織職能、涉及的業(yè)務(wù)人員、業(yè)務(wù)問(wèn)題、原有業(yè)務(wù)流程等進(jìn)行了分析,并給出了優(yōu)化后的業(yè)務(wù)流程；在功能分析中,論文通過(guò)用例圖進(jìn)行了用例分析和用例描述,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的主要功能進(jìn)行了闡述,并給出了系統(tǒng)的總體功能包圖和子功能包圖,包括進(jìn)入項(xiàng)目組管理、退出項(xiàng)目組管理、工時(shí)和進(jìn)度管理、休假管理、考核管理、需求管理、變更管理、開(kāi)發(fā)管理、測(cè)試管理、問(wèn)題管理和系統(tǒng)管理等子包圖；在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,論文首先給出了玖龍紙業(yè)“鳳凰項(xiàng)目”項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的概念類(lèi)圖,然后根據(jù)用例圖逐一給出了對(duì)應(yīng)的控制類(lèi)關(guān)系圖(縮略圖),并對(duì)每個(gè)實(shí)體類(lèi)的屬性進(jìn)行了定義,在此基礎(chǔ)上,論文接下來(lái)給出了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)體類(lèi)關(guān)系圖,建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)系統(tǒng)各主要功能所需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)字段進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)定義與說(shuō)明；論文最后對(duì)所做的研究與分析工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)進(jìn)一步的工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, the application of project management system has been limited to the construction, defense, aerospace and other industries. Now, it has developed rapidly to many fields such as electronic communication, computer, finance and even the Internet. At present, with the continuous strengthening of enterprise information construction, the project management of IT industry has been deepened and the project manager has been trying to manage the project implementation process through the application system of information technology. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of project management, we can gradually replace the traditional management mode such as pure manual management and paper sheet transfer approval, so as to improve the quality and efficiency of project management. For the project management implemented by SAP system, in addition to the traditional project demand, project change, In addition to project development, project testing, project problem management, and more importantly, management of project members and hours and schedules, So Nine Dragons Paper "Phoenix Project" project management system in the implementation of the SAP system project management has been widely used. The paper introduces the research background, project significance and current research and application status of project management system of "Phoenix Project" in Nine Dragons Paper Industry. The paper analyzes the organization structure, organization function, business personnel, business problems and original business process of "Phoenix Project" project team, and gives the optimized business process. In this paper, use case analysis and use case description are carried out through use case diagram, the main functions of the system are described, and the overall function package diagram and sub-function package diagram of the system are given, including entering the project group management, exiting the project group management, and giving the overall function package diagram and the sub-function package diagram of the system. Time and schedule management, leave management, review management, requirements management, change management, development management, test management, problem management and system management, etc. In data analysis, In this paper, the concept class diagram of the project management system of "Phoenix Project" in Nine Dragons Paper Industry is given first, and then the corresponding control class relation diagram (thumbnail map) is given one by one according to the use case diagram, and the attributes of each entity class are defined, on the basis of this, the concept class diagram of the project management system of "Phoenix Project" in Nine Dragons Paper Industry is given. Next, the paper gives the entity class relation diagram of the system, establishes the database table structure, and defines and explains the data fields that the main functions of the system need to deal with in detail. Finally, the research and analysis work is summarized, and the further work is prospected.
