【摘要】：項(xiàng)目法施工是我國(guó)施工企業(yè)根據(jù)經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略和內(nèi)外條件 ,按照項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)在規(guī)律 ,通過生產(chǎn)諸要素優(yōu)化配置和動(dòng)態(tài)管理 ,實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目合同目標(biāo) ,提高工程投資效益和企業(yè)綜合效益的一種科學(xué)管理模式。實(shí)踐證明 :項(xiàng)目法施工是我國(guó)建筑業(yè)管理體制的普遍規(guī)律 ,是企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)換經(jīng)營(yíng)機(jī)制的突破點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The project method construction is that according to the management strategy and internal and external conditions, according to the inherent law of the project, the construction enterprises in our country optimize the allocation and dynamic management of the production elements to achieve the project contract objectives. A scientific management model to improve the benefit of project investment and the comprehensive benefit of enterprises. The practice proves that the project method construction is the general rule of the construction industry management system in our country and the breakthrough point of the enterprise transformation management mechanism.
