【摘要】:從2008年開始,為應(yīng)對(duì)全球金融危機(jī),我國(guó)政府制定出臺(tái)了十大措施以及兩年四萬(wàn)億的刺激經(jīng)濟(jì)方案,逐漸拉開了我國(guó)有史以來最大規(guī)模投資建設(shè)的序幕。這給工程設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)帶來了又一次快速發(fā)展的機(jī)遇,同時(shí)也對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)提出了更高的要求。如何提高設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目的管理水平,使資源發(fā)揮的更合理,設(shè)計(jì)成果更優(yōu)質(zhì),設(shè)計(jì)周期更短,并通過設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目帶動(dòng)企業(yè)發(fā)展,培養(yǎng)設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì),獲取市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)是工程設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的重要課題。本文主要通過對(duì)工程設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的研究,根據(jù)工程設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),歸納、總結(jié)出將工程網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)應(yīng)用于工程設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的方法步驟,分析出工程設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)和要素。通過研究分析工程設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),得出將網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)應(yīng)用于實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目的具體實(shí)施主要步驟為設(shè)計(jì)工作的分解與界定、設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)的排序、設(shè)計(jì)工作任務(wù)工期估算、設(shè)計(jì)工作進(jìn)度計(jì)劃制定、設(shè)計(jì)工作進(jìn)度控制和設(shè)計(jì)工作進(jìn)度計(jì)劃變更。將網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)在進(jìn)度控制方面的具體方法與步驟應(yīng)用于工程設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目實(shí)際案例中,得到一套切實(shí)可行的工程設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制理論與方法,并從中分析出工程設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目不同階段中進(jìn)度控制的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)和要素:即前期階段的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)和要素為組建項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)、定義項(xiàng)目范圍、識(shí)別干系人三個(gè)方面;設(shè)計(jì)階段的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)和要素為界定和分解設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù);具體進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制和實(shí)施兩個(gè)方面;服務(wù)階段的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)和要素為對(duì)存在的設(shè)計(jì)問題及時(shí)響應(yīng),以及對(duì)變更工作進(jìn)度的有效控制。本文共分六大部分:第一部分講述了工程設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制研究的背景,闡述了本課題研究的主要內(nèi)容和研究思路;第二部分對(duì)工程設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目的工作內(nèi)容、工作流程進(jìn)行分析,歸納總結(jié)出將網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)理論應(yīng)用于工程設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目的具體方法與實(shí)施步驟;第三部分分析總結(jié)出工程設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)和要素;第四部分論述了工程設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目管理者與項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)工程設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的影響;第五部分以天津市秀川路道理、排水工程為例具體介紹了該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的具體方法與步驟,同時(shí)介紹了該設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目在項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制過程中的保障措施;最后一章為本文研究的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Since 2008, in order to cope with the global financial crisis, our government has formulated ten measures and two years of 4 trillion stimulus programs, which has gradually opened the prelude of the largest investment and construction in the history of our country. This brings the engineering design industry another rapid development opportunity, but also puts forward higher requirements to the design enterprises. How to improve the management level of the design project, make the resources more reasonable, the design result more high quality, the design cycle shorter, and through the design project drive the enterprise development, train the design team, It is an important task for engineering design enterprises to gain market competitive advantage. Based on the research of the progress control of the engineering design project and the characteristics of the engineering design project, this paper summarizes the methods and steps of applying the engineering network planning technology to the progress control of the engineering design project. The key links and elements of progress control of engineering design project are analyzed. By studying and analyzing the characteristics of engineering design projects, it is concluded that the main steps of applying network planning technology to actual design projects are the decomposition and definition of design work, the sequencing of design tasks, and the estimation of the duration of design work. Design schedule, design progress control and design schedule changes. The concrete methods and steps of network planning technology in schedule control are applied to the actual cases of engineering design projects, and a set of feasible theory and method of schedule control for engineering design projects are obtained. The key links and elements of progress control in different stages of engineering design projects are analyzed: the key links and elements in the early stage are the formation of project teams, the definition of project scope, and the identification of stakeholders; The key links and elements of the design phase are the definition and decomposition of the design tasks; the preparation and implementation of specific progress plans; the key links and elements of the service phase are the timely response to the existing design problems. This paper is divided into six parts: the first part describes the background of the progress control research of engineering design projects, the main contents and research ideas of this research, the second part of the work of the engineering design projects, workflow analysis, The concrete methods and implementation steps of applying network planning technology theory to engineering design projects are summarized. The third part analyzes and summarizes the key links and elements of engineering design project schedule control. The fourth part discusses the influence of the project manager and the project team on the progress control of the engineering design project, the fifth part introduces the concrete methods and steps of the project schedule control with the example of Tianjin Xiuchuan Road, drainage engineering. At the same time, the guarantee measures of the design project in the process of project schedule control are introduced, and the last chapter is the conclusion of this paper.
