【摘要】：原有的扶貧體制機制必須修補和完善,必須要選擇現代化的信息技術來解決當前在精準扶貧當中面臨的各類問題,而這類問題在解決一般的貧困問題當中就起著十分關鍵的作用,不能不引起足夠的重視。研究與分析精準扶貧管理系統,對解決貧困問題具有促進作用。論文介紹了貴州省黔南州三都縣精準扶貧管理系統的研究背景、項目意義和目前的研究與應用現狀,明確了論文研究的內容和主要工作；在業(yè)務分析中,論文對系統存在的問題、組織機構、原有業(yè)務流程等進行了分析,給出了改造后的業(yè)務流程；在功能分析中,論文通過用例分析和用例描述,明確了系統的功能,給出了系統的總體功能包圖和子功能包圖,包括扶貧人口管理、扶貧政策管理、扶貧項目管理和扶貧資金管理、扶貧考核管理、查詢統計等子包圖；在數據分析中,論文對系統各功能的所需要處理的數據進行了分析,給出了實體類關系圖,建立了數據庫表結構；論文最后對所做的研究與分析工作進行了總結,并對進一步的工作進行了展望。
[Abstract]:The existing poverty alleviation system must be repaired and improved, and modern information technology must be chosen to solve the various problems currently facing in the process of precision poverty alleviation. This kind of problem plays a very important role in solving the general poverty problem, and must be paid enough attention to. Research and analysis of precision poverty reduction management system, to solve the problem of poverty has a role in promoting. This paper introduces the research background, project significance and current research and application status of the precision poverty alleviation management system in Sandu County, Guizhou Province, and clarifies the content and main work of the paper. The paper analyzes the existing problems of the system, the organization, the original business process and so on, and gives the revamped business process, in the function analysis, the function of the system is clarified by use case analysis and use case description. The overall function package diagram and sub-function package diagram of the system are given, including poverty alleviation population management, poverty alleviation policy management, poverty alleviation project management and poverty alleviation fund management, poverty alleviation assessment management, query statistics and so on. This paper analyzes the data needed to deal with each function of the system, gives the entity class diagram, establishes the database table structure, and summarizes the research and analysis work done at the end of the paper. The future work is prospected.
