【摘要】:龍旗公司(新加坡股票代碼:LONGCHEER)創(chuàng)建于2002年7月,是國(guó)內(nèi)從事手機(jī)研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)的高新技術(shù)企業(yè),提供軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)測(cè)試和外觀設(shè)計(jì)的整體設(shè)計(jì)方案。2005年5月龍旗集團(tuán)在新加坡證券交易所主板上市,融資約1.27億元人民幣。2005和2006年連續(xù)入選“中國(guó)高科技、高成長(zhǎng)50強(qiáng)企業(yè)”和“亞太區(qū)高科技、高成長(zhǎng)500強(qiáng)企業(yè)”。本論文主要討論了龍旗公司制定并實(shí)施了設(shè)計(jì)改進(jìn)型的增長(zhǎng)型競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略,果斷調(diào)整了手機(jī)研發(fā)平臺(tái),加強(qiáng)了組織能力建設(shè)和項(xiàng)目管理能力,建立了核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),保持健康、持續(xù)、快速的發(fā)展。本文主要分為六個(gè)部分,一是發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,引入研究背景。簡(jiǎn)單介紹了龍旗公司的成立和發(fā)展過(guò)程和論文的研究思路和方法。二是理論綜述。引述了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略研究的方法及工具。三是分析問(wèn)題,對(duì)龍旗公司總體環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)價(jià)。使用PEST分析法和波特五力模型分析了龍旗公司所處的外部環(huán)境、產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境。從資源、能力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力幾個(gè)方面著手,對(duì)龍旗公司的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行了深入解析。四是SWOT分析,結(jié)合龍旗公司的自身實(shí)際情況,提出適合龍旗公司的設(shè)計(jì)改進(jìn)型成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略。五是解決問(wèn)題。龍旗公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施和評(píng)價(jià)。龍旗公司與上游芯片公司建立了戰(zhàn)略合作,加快研發(fā)節(jié)奏,采用交鑰匙的業(yè)務(wù)模式,將創(chuàng)新型手機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)方案快速變成成熟的產(chǎn)品大批量的推向市場(chǎng),從而獲得了成本領(lǐng)先優(yōu)勢(shì)。六是跟蹤控制,對(duì)龍旗公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施做了展望。在研究過(guò)程中,本文以宏觀和微觀相結(jié)合,注重理論聯(lián)系實(shí)踐,采用定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合,對(duì)龍旗公司制定更加科學(xué)合理的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略,提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,使企業(yè)在日益激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中保持競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)具有一定的借鑒作用,同時(shí),也希望通過(guò)該課題的研究,更好的促進(jìn)中國(guó)手機(jī)行業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Established in July 2002, Longqi Corporation (Singapore Stock symbol) is a high-tech enterprise engaged in mobile phone R & D and design, providing hardware and software design. In May 2005, Longqi Group was listed on the main Board of the Singapore Stock Exchange, raising about 127 million RMB. 2005 and 2006. High-growth 50 companies "and" Asia-Pacific high-tech, high-growth 500-strong enterprises. This paper mainly discusses the development and implementation of the growth competition strategy of the Longqi Company, decisively adjusts the mobile phone R & D platform, strengthens the organizational capacity building and project management ability, establishes the core competitive advantage, and maintains the health. Continuous and rapid development. This paper is mainly divided into six parts: first, the discovery of problems, the introduction of research background. This paper briefly introduces the establishment and development process of Longqi Company and the research ideas and methods of the thesis. The second is the theoretical summary. The methods and tools of competition strategy research are quoted. The third is to analyze and evaluate the overall environment and internal environment of Longqi Company. This paper analyzes the external environment, industrial environment and competition environment of Longqi Company by using PEST analysis method and Porter's five-force model. This paper analyzes the core competence of Longqi Company from the aspects of resources, ability and competitiveness. Fourth, SWOT analysis, combining with the actual situation of Longqi Company, puts forward the design improved cost leading strategy suitable for Longqi Company. Fifth, solve the problem. Longqi company competitive strategy implementation and evaluation. Longqi Company has established strategic cooperation with upstream chip company to speed up the research and development rhythm, adopt the business model of turnkey, and quickly turn the innovative mobile phone design scheme into mature products to market in large quantities, thus obtaining the cost leading advantage. Sixth, tracking control, Longqi company competitive strategy implementation of the outlook. In the course of the research, this paper combines macro and micro, pays attention to the combination of theory and practice, combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, makes a more scientific and reasonable competitive strategy for Longqi Company, and promotes the competitiveness of enterprises. So that enterprises in the increasingly fierce market competition to maintain competitive advantage has a certain reference role, at the same time, also hope to better promote the development of China's mobile phone industry through the research of this subject.
