【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的逐步進(jìn)展,企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不斷面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn)。近年來,化工產(chǎn)品價(jià)格持續(xù)低迷,企業(yè)依靠?jī)r(jià)格因素實(shí)現(xiàn)盈利,獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的難度逐步加大,企業(yè)內(nèi)部成本管理的地位逐漸凸顯。班組作為企業(yè)最小的管理體系,其管理水平的高低直接影響整個(gè)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。 本文介紹了化工項(xiàng)目和班組管理的概念和特征,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的班組管理情況進(jìn)行分析,提出了化工項(xiàng)目班組管理的一些方法和作用,并通過吉林石化公司班組管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)來驗(yàn)證班組管理對(duì)提高企業(yè)管理水平的重要作用,最后對(duì)化工項(xiàng)目班組管理的方法進(jìn)行總結(jié)。 論文重點(diǎn)是講班組管理的一些具體做法和作用。班組管理具有系統(tǒng)性、全面性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性的特點(diǎn),可以從源頭上提高員工素質(zhì)、改善基層績(jī)效管理、增強(qiáng)班組之間協(xié)作、增加裝置效益,對(duì)提升企業(yè)整體實(shí)力具有重大意義。 本文的特點(diǎn)在于理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,運(yùn)用有關(guān)班組管理的相關(guān)理論,借鑒企業(yè)已有的經(jīng)驗(yàn),解決企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理中的班組管理問題,對(duì)化工企業(yè)加強(qiáng)班組管理,進(jìn)而提升企業(yè)管理水平具有參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the gradual progress of global economic integration, enterprises are constantly facing new challenges. In recent years, the price of chemical products continues to be low, the enterprises rely on price factors to make profits, the difficulty of obtaining competitive advantage is gradually increased, and the status of internal cost management is gradually prominent. As the smallest management system, the management level of shift group directly affects the competition ability of the whole enterprise. This paper introduces the concept and characteristics of chemical project and team management, analyzes the situation of shift management at home and abroad, and puts forward some methods and functions of chemical project team management. Through the experience of group management in Jilin Petrochemical Company, the paper verifies the important role of team management in improving the level of enterprise management, and finally summarizes the methods of team management of chemical projects. The paper focuses on some specific practices and functions of team management. Team management has the characteristics of systematization, comprehensiveness and economy. It can improve the quality of employees, improve the performance management at the grass-roots level, enhance the cooperation between teams and teams, increase the efficiency of installation, and have great significance to enhance the overall strength of enterprises. The characteristics of this paper are to combine theory with practice, to use the relevant theories of shift management, to use the experience of enterprises for reference, to solve the problem of shift management in enterprise management, and to strengthen team management for chemical enterprises. And then improve the level of enterprise management has reference value.
