永興鎮(zhèn)小學(xué)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究

【摘要】:災(zāi)區(qū)學(xué)校重建項(xiàng)目屬于政府投資建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,在具體實(shí)施中有其自身的特點(diǎn)。本研究的意義在于,明確在政府投資建設(shè)項(xiàng)目工程建設(shè)中如何應(yīng)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理以及一般從業(yè)者在日常情況下如何處理這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文通過(guò)將風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理過(guò)程的理論同具體實(shí)踐相比較,探討兩者的相似性以及差異,對(duì)永興鎮(zhèn)小學(xué)的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行深入調(diào)研,了解項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理過(guò)程中的一些實(shí)際情況,掌握第一手材料,在研究過(guò)程中使用定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法,理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合的方法,在具體操作中還采用了實(shí)用技術(shù)原則和財(cái)務(wù)制度評(píng)估方法,根據(jù)具體問(wèn)題提出恰當(dāng)?shù)慕鉀Q方法。 本研究通過(guò)對(duì)永興鎮(zhèn)小學(xué)的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行深入調(diào)研,掌握了建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的基本情況,,特別是與項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理相關(guān)的具體情況;分析永興鎮(zhèn)小學(xué)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理;通過(guò)對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的具體實(shí)施中,項(xiàng)目工程的日常操作實(shí)踐的研究,從而研究對(duì)比在項(xiàng)目進(jìn)程的不同階段中,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理要素的變化,通過(guò)實(shí)施風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方法改善工程項(xiàng)目的完成情況。 論文首先介紹和分析闡述了永興鎮(zhèn)小學(xué)在后建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究的背景和意義,同時(shí)介紹了論文的研究方法。 論文第二章討論了該項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別因素。 論文第三章科學(xué)判定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí),為在該項(xiàng)目中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提供依據(jù)。 論文第四章具體論述永興鎮(zhèn)小學(xué)在后建設(shè)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的具體實(shí)施措施。 本研究通過(guò)對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的具體實(shí)施中,項(xiàng)目工程的日常操作實(shí)踐的研究,對(duì)比在項(xiàng)目進(jìn)程的不同階段中,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理要素的變化,通過(guò)實(shí)施風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方法改善工程項(xiàng)目的完成情況。通過(guò)討論永興鎮(zhèn)小學(xué)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別因素、科學(xué)判定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí),為在該項(xiàng)目中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提供依據(jù),并且論述了該建設(shè)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的具體實(shí)施措施。通過(guò)進(jìn)行科學(xué)評(píng)估,有的放矢的進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目工程中各個(gè)方面風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的有效管理,在此基礎(chǔ)上完成了項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)目標(biāo)并且成功達(dá)到了項(xiàng)目的預(yù)期目的。
[Abstract]:The school reconstruction project in the disaster area belongs to the government investment and construction project, and has its own characteristics in the concrete implementation. The significance of this study is to make clear how to apply risk management in the construction of government-invested construction projects and how ordinary practitioners deal with these risks in the daily situation. By comparing the theory of risk management process with the concrete practice, this paper discusses the similarities and differences between the two, and makes a deep investigation on the construction project of Yongxing Primary School to understand some actual conditions in the process of risk management of the project. Grasp first-hand materials, use qualitative and quantitative methods in the course of research, combine theory with practice, and adopt practical technical principles and financial system evaluation methods in concrete operations. Propose appropriate solutions to specific problems. Through the in-depth investigation of the construction project of Yongxing Town Primary School, this study grasps the basic situation of the construction project, especially the specific situation related to the project risk management; This paper analyzes the risk and risk management in the progress of the construction project of Yongxingzhen Primary School, through the study of the daily operation practice of the project in the concrete implementation of the construction project, so as to study and compare the different stages of the project process. Changes in risk management elements and improvement of project completion through implementation of risk management methods. Firstly, the paper introduces and analyzes the background and significance of the risk management research of Yongxing Primary School in the post construction project, and introduces the research method of the paper at the same time. The second chapter discusses the risk identification factors of the project. The third chapter determines the risk level scientifically and provides the basis for risk management in the project. The fourth chapter discusses the implementation measures of risk management in the post-construction project of Yongxing Primary School. Through the research on the daily operation practice of the construction project, this study compares the changes of risk management elements in different stages of the project process. Improve project completion by implementing risk management methods. By discussing the risk identification factors of Yongxingzhen primary school construction project and judging the risk grade scientifically, this paper provides the basis for the risk management in the project, and discusses the concrete implementing measures of the risk management in the construction project. Through scientific evaluation, the effective management of risk factors in all aspects of the project is carried out in a targeted manner. On this basis, the construction goal of the project is completed and the expected goal of the project is successfully achieved.
