【摘要】:我國(guó)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理仍處于階段性的管理模式,形式上的管理與實(shí)質(zhì)上的管理矛盾加劇。多數(shù)業(yè)主直接參與項(xiàng)目管理,業(yè)主的管理水平直接影響項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的成功與否。隨著社會(huì)快速發(fā)展,廣大民眾越來(lái)越關(guān)注產(chǎn)品的內(nèi)在質(zhì)量,雖然不少大中型企業(yè)引入國(guó)際先進(jìn)的質(zhì)量管理模式,但是國(guó)內(nèi)建筑產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量依然存在相當(dāng)多的問題,能源消耗也很大。使資源造成巨大的浪費(fèi),同時(shí)用戶也遭受不可估量的濟(jì)損失。因此從項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量計(jì)劃與控制入手,提高質(zhì)量管理的內(nèi)在動(dòng)力和質(zhì)量管理體系水平,解決項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理存在的體系問題,對(duì)提升我國(guó)建筑產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文結(jié)合“中央福邸A區(qū)10#樓”工程項(xiàng)目。研究的基本思路是理論結(jié)合實(shí)際,涉及到的主要理論有全面質(zhì)量管理、顧客滿意度指數(shù)、ETC質(zhì)量接口管理、零缺陷理論。實(shí)際操作時(shí),把理論放在實(shí)際工作中去,找出問題、分析原因,拿出辦法,在實(shí)際工作再次檢驗(yàn)和完善理論。在寫作方法上采用了調(diào)查問卷法、系統(tǒng)分析法、案例分析法、理論結(jié)合實(shí)際法。理論與實(shí)際分析法是本文在實(shí)際工作中最最基本的方式方法。本文經(jīng)過1年多的探索,分析了A區(qū)10#樓的基本情況,以及存在的問題,結(jié)合實(shí)際編制本項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量計(jì)劃;設(shè)定總體質(zhì)量目標(biāo),并分解到各專業(yè),形成質(zhì)量目標(biāo)體系;建立項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保證體系,形成有效的質(zhì)量管理組織機(jī)構(gòu);建立質(zhì)量控制體系,從技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)到施工的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)形成質(zhì)量控制與檢查制度,各專業(yè)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)建立施工工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)質(zhì)量缺陷防治措施等方面,做了比較詳盡的具體描述,并在應(yīng)用的過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)不足,糾正偏差,使質(zhì)量管理體系與工程產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量都得到持續(xù)改進(jìn);窘Y(jié)論:建筑項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理貫穿了眾多的環(huán)節(jié),包括設(shè)計(jì)、材料、人員、工藝、環(huán)節(jié)等所有因素,把全面質(zhì)量管理應(yīng)用到項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理,起到很大的作用。按零缺陷理論要求,從顧客的需求出發(fā),實(shí)踐中發(fā)現(xiàn)只要結(jié)合實(shí)際,每一個(gè)質(zhì)量控制環(huán)節(jié)都力爭(zhēng)“一開始就把工作做對(duì)”,事在人為,實(shí)踐中我們發(fā)現(xiàn)只要結(jié)合實(shí)際,從顧客的真正需求出發(fā),做好建筑產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量計(jì)劃控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量目標(biāo)計(jì)劃并不是一件很難的事。建筑質(zhì)量管理涉及的專業(yè)和工序非常多,在建筑質(zhì)量管理的過程中,重視接口管理工作,抓好接口管理工作十分重要。質(zhì)量是企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的核心,在建筑項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理中,質(zhì)量計(jì)劃與控制工作對(duì)質(zhì)量管理能起到十分重要的作用,在執(zhí)行質(zhì)量計(jì)劃與目標(biāo)控制體系的過程中,不能走過場(chǎng)走形式,不能做表面工作,各工序各環(huán)節(jié)層層落實(shí)到位,務(wù)真求實(shí),真正做到依法管理才能有效提高建筑項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理工作。
[Abstract]:Project quality management in our country is still in the stage of management mode, the contradiction between formal management and substantive management is intensified. Most owners directly participate in project management, and the management level of owners directly affects the success of project quality management. With the rapid development of society, the general public is paying more and more attention to the internal quality of products. Although many large and medium-sized enterprises introduce international advanced quality management models, there are still many problems in the quality of domestic construction products. Energy consumption is also high. Causes the resources to cause the huge waste, simultaneously the user also suffers the incalculable economic loss. Therefore, starting with project quality planning and control, it is of practical significance to improve the internal power of quality management and the level of quality management system, to solve the system problems existing in project quality management, and to improve the quality of construction products in China. This paper combines the project of "10# Building of Central Fuzhou-A District". The basic idea of this research is to combine theory with practice. The main theories involved are total quality management, customer satisfaction index etc quality interface management, zero defect theory. In practical operation, the theory should be put into the practical work to find out the problems, analyze the reasons and come up with ways to test and perfect the theory again in the actual work. Questionnaire, system analysis, case analysis, theory combined with practice are used in writing method. Theoretical and practical analysis is the most basic method in practical work. After more than one year of exploration, this paper analyzes the basic situation and existing problems of 10# Building in area A, compiles the quality plan of this project, sets the overall quality target, decomposes it to every specialty, and forms a quality target system. Establish project quality assurance system, form effective quality management organization, establish quality control system, form quality control and inspection system from technical design to construction, The measures to prevent and cure the quality defects of the construction process standard in various professional fields are described in detail, and the defects are found in the application process, and the deviation is corrected. The quality management system and the quality of engineering products are continuously improved. Basic conclusion: the quality management of the construction project runs through many links, including design, material, personnel, craft, link and so on. The application of total quality management to project quality management plays a great role. According to the requirement of zero defect theory, starting from the customer's demand, we find in practice that as long as we combine the practice, every link of quality control strives to "do the right job at the beginning". In practice, we find that we only need to combine the practice with reality. It is not difficult to control the quality of construction products and realize the quality target plan according to the customers' real needs. Building quality management involves a lot of specialties and processes. In the process of building quality management, it is very important to pay attention to interface management and do well in interface management. Quality is the core of enterprise competition. In construction project quality management, quality planning and control work can play a very important role in quality management. The quality management of the construction project can be effectively improved only when the surface work is not done, all the working procedures are carried out layer by layer, the work is true and realistic, and the management according to the law can be achieved in order to improve the quality of the construction project.
