【摘要】：非政府組織(Non-governmental organization,NGO)在全球健康領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮著重要作用。本專題集中研究NGO在全球健康領(lǐng)域的作用、治理工具、在政府全球健康戰(zhàn)略中的地位、項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)、中國(guó)NGO的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r等五個(gè)方面。研究認(rèn)為,全球健康已初步形成大國(guó)、國(guó)際政府間組織和大型NGO主導(dǎo)的治理格局,中國(guó)僅靠政府力量并不能滿足日益增長(zhǎng)的全球健康需求。建議中國(guó)應(yīng)將NGO納入全球健康戰(zhàn)略,建立NGO管理和合作機(jī)制,使其成為實(shí)施全球健康項(xiàng)目的重要補(bǔ)充力量;對(duì)中國(guó)非政府組織采取"重點(diǎn)扶持、整體改善"策略。
[Abstract]:The Non-governmental Organization (NGO) plays an important role in the global health field. This topic focuses on the role of NGO in global health, governance tools, status in the government's global health strategy, project management experience, and the development status of China's NGO. The research believes that global health has been preliminary. As a big country, an international intergovernmental organization and a large NGO dominated governance structure, China is unable to meet the growing global health needs by the power of the government. It is suggested that China should incorporate NGO into the global health strategy and establish the NGO management and cooperation mechanism to make it an important complement to the implementation of the global health project; and the Chinese non-governmental organization Adopt the strategy of "key support and overall improvement".
