【摘要】：近年來隨著社會(huì)競爭日益激烈及人員終身學(xué)習(xí)意識的加深,社會(huì)對繼續(xù)教育培訓(xùn)的需求越來越多,高校作為繼續(xù)教育工作的主力軍,其重要性越來越明顯。然而由于繼續(xù)教育規(guī)模的日益擴(kuò)大和培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目數(shù)量的不斷增多,高校繼續(xù)教育的管理工作變得日益復(fù)雜,傳統(tǒng)的管理模式已經(jīng)無法滿足繼續(xù)教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的需要,其弊病已初見端倪且亟待解決。針對高校繼續(xù)教育管理的實(shí)際需求,建立一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的繼續(xù)教育管理平臺,對各項(xiàng)環(huán)節(jié)實(shí)施信息化管理,有著一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以寧波大學(xué)為例,針對以往繼續(xù)教育在實(shí)際管理過程中出現(xiàn)的一些問題,提出建立一個(gè)綜合的繼續(xù)教育管理系統(tǒng)的意義和重要性。本文通過對繼續(xù)教育工作在高校的業(yè)務(wù)管理過程進(jìn)行分析,針對項(xiàng)目管理、廣告管理、招生管理、票據(jù)管理、證書管理等環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了梳理,提出了系統(tǒng)整體架構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),完成了系統(tǒng)建設(shè)背景研究、需求分析、軟件架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫模型設(shè)計(jì)、功能模塊分析、運(yùn)行環(huán)境及安全性設(shè)計(jì)等內(nèi)容,對學(xué)員、項(xiàng)目管理員、機(jī)構(gòu)管理員、繼續(xù)教育培訓(xùn)處管理員、計(jì)財(cái)處票據(jù)管理員等不同人員根據(jù)流程進(jìn)行了角色分析和功能設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)的系統(tǒng)綜合性較高,解決了繼續(xù)教育管理系統(tǒng)功能的數(shù)據(jù)共享、項(xiàng)目申報(bào)、招生管理、流程定制、證書發(fā)放等綜合性需求。本文結(jié)合實(shí)際需求,使用SSH作為系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),采用B/S三層模式,利用MyEclipise作為系統(tǒng)開發(fā)工作,使用Java語言、JSP、MySQL等技術(shù)對繼續(xù)教育培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行開發(fā)和實(shí)現(xiàn),為實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的高效運(yùn)行提供了可靠性和便利性。系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了全面的測試,投入使用后基本達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)的要求,本系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)減輕了繼續(xù)教育主管部門的工作強(qiáng)度,提高了繼續(xù)教育工作的工作效率,為繼續(xù)項(xiàng)目管理工作者和學(xué)員提供了便捷。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasingly fierce social competition and the deepening of the awareness of lifelong learning of personnel, there is more and more demand for continuing education and training. As the main force of continuing education, the importance of colleges and universities is becoming more and more obvious. However, due to the increasing scale of continuing education and the increasing number of training projects, the management of continuing education in colleges and universities has become increasingly complex, the traditional management model has been unable to meet the needs of the development of continuing education. Its maladies have already begun to appear and need to be solved urgently. In view of the actual demand of continuing education management in colleges and universities, it is of certain practical significance to establish a unified management platform for continuing education and to implement information management in various links. Taking Ningbo University as an example, this paper puts forward the significance and importance of establishing a comprehensive continuing education management system in view of some problems in the practical management process of continuing education in the past. Through the analysis of the business management process of continuing education in colleges and universities, this paper combs the aspects of project management, advertisement management, enrollment management, bill management, certificate management, and puts forward the design of the whole system structure. Completed the system construction background research, requirements analysis, software architecture design, database model design, function module analysis, running environment and security design, etc. In accordance with the process, the administrators of the continuing Education and training Department, the bill managers of the Financial Planning Office, and other personnel have carried out role analysis and functional design, and the system has achieved a high degree of comprehensiveness, which has solved the problem of data sharing of the functions of the continuing education management system, and the application of the project. Enrollment management, process customization, certificate issuance and other comprehensive needs. In this paper, SSH is used as the system framework, B / S three-tier model is adopted, MyEclipise is used as the system development work, and Java language is used to develop and implement the continuing education training system. It provides reliability and convenience for the efficient operation of the system. After being put into use, the system basically meets the design requirements. The development of the system reduces the work intensity of the department in charge of continuing education, and improves the work efficiency of the continuing education work. For the continuation of the project management workers and students to provide convenience.
