【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,國(guó)家政府單位及行業(yè)信息化建設(shè)要求的急速增長(zhǎng),計(jì)算機(jī)信息系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目規(guī)模越來(lái)越大,項(xiàng)目也越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,工程周期越來(lái)越長(zhǎng),傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)的管理技術(shù)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)已經(jīng)無(wú)法適應(yīng)信息化建設(shè)中系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目發(fā)展的需要,尤其是工程進(jìn)度的管控已顯示出很多問(wèn)題,系統(tǒng)集成行業(yè)需要更加科學(xué)規(guī)范的項(xiàng)目管理和方式,很有必要加強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)集成企業(yè)及實(shí)施人員針對(duì)系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目管理技術(shù)的掌握。本文通過(guò)對(duì)某計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目管理進(jìn)度問(wèn)題分析及其對(duì)策的研究,將項(xiàng)目管理的理論和計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)集成公司的具體項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐有機(jī)的結(jié)合起來(lái),形成一些具體有效的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和結(jié)論指導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施,提高項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的效率和工程質(zhì)量、降低成本,利于企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)和發(fā)展。本文介紹了計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目行業(yè)的整體情況和項(xiàng)目實(shí)施管理狀況,并對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程中比較突出的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)化總結(jié)與分析,在深入探究問(wèn)題來(lái)源的同時(shí),與項(xiàng)目管理的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)有效結(jié)合,對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理尤其是進(jìn)度的計(jì)劃和控制提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)和辦法,展開(kāi)論述一個(gè)具體的已參與實(shí)施的系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目實(shí)例:XX人民檢察院辦案及技術(shù)用房信息化平臺(tái)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and the rapid growth of national government units and industry information construction requirements, the computer information system integration project is becoming larger and larger, the project is becoming more and more complex, the project cycle is getting longer and longer.The management technology and experience of traditional industry have been unable to meet the needs of system integration project development in information construction, especially the control of project progress has shown a lot of problems.The system integration industry needs more scientific and standardized project management and methods, it is necessary to strengthen the system integration enterprises and implementers to master the project management technology of the system integration project.Based on the analysis of the progress of a computer system integrated project management and its countermeasures, this paper organically combines the theory of project management with the concrete project practice of the computer system integration company.Some concrete and effective experiences and conclusions are formed to guide the implementation of the system integration project, to improve the efficiency and quality of the project implementation, to reduce the cost, and to facilitate the management and development of the enterprise.This paper introduces the overall situation of the computer system integration project industry and project implementation management, and systematically summarizes and analyzes the outstanding problems in the process of project management.Effective integration with project management expertise to propose corresponding improvements and approaches to project management, especially progress planning and control,This paper discusses a concrete example of the system integration project: XX people's Procuratorate handling cases and the construction project of technical housing information platform.
