【摘要】：在這個計算機(jī)技術(shù)如此發(fā)達(dá)的時代,各個行業(yè)開始普遍的運(yùn)用計算機(jī)來輔助工作。建筑業(yè)一直以來都屬于我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),該行業(yè)也隨著計算機(jī)的普遍應(yīng)用的趨勢得到了很好的發(fā)展。眾所周知,進(jìn)行工程項(xiàng)目的工作量是非常大的,因?yàn)樯婕暗膬?nèi)容非常多,每個分項(xiàng)之間都有一定的聯(lián)系,所以這其中的關(guān)系是復(fù)雜多變的。面對如此多的分項(xiàng)內(nèi)容,如果僅是以管理人員的記憶來處理這些事務(wù),無論在效率和質(zhì)量上都是滿足不了工程進(jìn)展速度的需求。況且,每個分項(xiàng)之間的關(guān)系,如果不是有一個很系統(tǒng)化的科學(xué)分類,是沒有辦法協(xié)調(diào)好工作的。所以,我們務(wù)必要運(yùn)用上計算機(jī)的高速計算和強(qiáng)大的存儲能力,再通過科學(xué)的管理方法,切合實(shí)際的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),以達(dá)到高效管理的效果。本論文主要采用了面向?qū)ο蟮姆治鲈砗头椒?對系統(tǒng)展開了需求分析。在進(jìn)行本文的業(yè)務(wù)分析時,首要闡述了現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)存在的問題,同時也對廣東達(dá)安項(xiàng)目管理股份有限公司的內(nèi)部組織機(jī)構(gòu)和職能進(jìn)行了了解和分析,采用活動圖的形式對原有業(yè)務(wù)流程：立項(xiàng)信管理、工程建設(shè)管理、竣工驗(yàn)收管理、工程結(jié)算管理等流程進(jìn)行了分析,并進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和給出優(yōu)化流程圖；在進(jìn)行本文的功能分析時,主要是通過用例分析和用例描述,確定了本系統(tǒng)的基本功能,并給出系統(tǒng)的總體功能包圖和子功能包圖,本系統(tǒng)的功能主要劃分為基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理、立項(xiàng)管理、工程建設(shè)管理、竣工驗(yàn)收管理、工程結(jié)算管理和系統(tǒng)管理等模塊；在進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析模塊是,分析了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)體類關(guān)系、縮略類圖,而且還對數(shù)據(jù)庫表的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計；最后對本次實(shí)現(xiàn)的系統(tǒng)和所做的研究工作進(jìn)行總結(jié),對進(jìn)一步的工作完成計劃和展望。
[Abstract]:In this era of computer technology so developed, all industries began to generally use computers to assist the work.Construction industry has always been the mainstay industry of our country, and the industry has been developing well with the trend of computer application.As we all know, the workload of the project is very large, because the content involved is very much, each sub-item has a certain relationship, so the relationship is complex and changeable.In the face of so many sub-items, if only the memory of the management to deal with these matters, both in terms of efficiency and quality is not enough to meet the speed of the project.Moreover, there is no way to coordinate the work if there is not a systematic scientific classification of the relationship between each item.Therefore, we must use the high speed computing and powerful storage ability of the computer, and then through the scientific management method, the practical management experience, in order to achieve the effect of efficient management.In this paper, the object-oriented analysis principle and method are adopted, and the requirement analysis of the system is carried out.In the business analysis of this paper, the problems existing in the existing business are expounded, and the internal organization and functions of Guangdong Da'an Project Management Co., Ltd. are also understood and analyzed.In the form of activity diagram, this paper analyzes the original business processes, such as project establishment management, project construction management, completion acceptance management, project settlement management and so on, and optimizes and gives the optimization flowchart.Mainly through use case analysis and use case description, the basic functions of the system are determined, and the overall function package diagram and sub-function package diagram of the system are given. The functions of the system are mainly divided into basic data management, project management, engineering construction management.In the data analysis module of the system, it analyzes the entity class relation of the system, the abbreviated class diagram, and designs the structure of the database table.Finally, the system and research work are summarized, and further work is planned and prospected.
