【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著軟件公司的飛速發(fā)展,項(xiàng)目安排、任務(wù)管理、需求管理、錯(cuò)誤跟蹤等輔助軟件在企業(yè)中的位置越來(lái)越重要。在日常的軟件開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中,一方面需要由項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理來(lái)制定項(xiàng)目安排,對(duì)相關(guān)開(kāi)發(fā)人員進(jìn)行任務(wù)分配；另一方面由測(cè)試人員對(duì)產(chǎn)品測(cè)試,進(jìn)行錯(cuò)誤跟蹤。如此一來(lái),就會(huì)出現(xiàn)多種問(wèn)題需要記錄并實(shí)時(shí)性的跟蹤處理。本文將為大家介紹一款可以進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目安排、任務(wù)管理、需求管理、錯(cuò)誤跟蹤的管理軟件產(chǎn)品缺陷管理系統(tǒng)。項(xiàng)目管理人員可以通過(guò)產(chǎn)品建立計(jì)劃任務(wù),并分配給指定人員。指定人員完成后關(guān)閉該任務(wù)。測(cè)試人員對(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行測(cè)試,并做好錯(cuò)誤跟蹤。這既方便了軟件測(cè)試人員對(duì)Bug進(jìn)行記錄與追蹤,又方便研發(fā)人員對(duì)Bug進(jìn)行修改。產(chǎn)品缺陷管理系統(tǒng)是基于SQL Server 2008R2數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和Silverlight來(lái)開(kāi)發(fā)的,本文將會(huì)對(duì)其進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的介紹與說(shuō)明。Silverlight可以給用戶帶來(lái)很好的交互體驗(yàn)與視覺(jué)效果,無(wú)需使用AJAX,在數(shù)據(jù)提交的同時(shí)就可以避免掉頁(yè)面刷新出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題。本文將詳細(xì)介紹面對(duì)不同類型Issue問(wèn)題的各種使用方式,同時(shí)也總結(jié)了該系統(tǒng)在使用過(guò)程中的各種優(yōu)點(diǎn)與缺點(diǎn),結(jié)合目前大多數(shù)用戶的使用習(xí)慣與狀況,給不同用戶進(jìn)行身份授權(quán),對(duì)個(gè)別特殊用戶群體的資源進(jìn)行審核,對(duì)其資源進(jìn)行細(xì)致的分類,并加入柱形圖,線性圖進(jìn)行分析,使項(xiàng)目管理者更好的從整體上掌握項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展情況。這就促使產(chǎn)品缺陷管理系統(tǒng)成為集上傳下載、工程進(jìn)度、資源瀏覽、信息發(fā)布、評(píng)價(jià)更新和交流互動(dòng)于一身的資源共享開(kāi)發(fā)系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of software companies, project arrangement, task management, requirements management, error tracking and other auxiliary software in the enterprise is becoming more and more important.In the process of daily software development, on the one hand, the project manager should make the project arrangement and assign the task to the related developer; on the other hand, the tester should track the product test error.In this way, there will be a variety of problems need to be recorded and real-time tracking processing.This article will introduce a software defect management system which can be used for project arrangement, task management, requirement management and error tracking.Project managers can create scheduled tasks from the product and assign them to the designated person.Shuts down the task when the designated person has completed it.Testers test the developed products and do error tracking.This not only facilitates the software testers to record and track the Bug, but also facilitates the R & D personnel to modify the Bug.The product defect management system is based on SQL Server 2008R2 database and Silverlight. This article will introduce and explain in detail that. Silverlight can bring good interactive experience and visual effect to users.Without Ajax, you can avoid the problem of page refresh while data is submitted.This paper will introduce in detail the various ways of using Issue in the face of different types of problems, at the same time sum up the advantages and disadvantages of the system in the process of use, combined with the usage habits and conditions of most users at present.Authorized the identity of different users, audited the resources of individual special user groups, classified their resources carefully, added the column diagram, analyzed the linear graph,To enable project managers to better grasp the overall progress of the project.This makes the product defect management system become a resource sharing development system which integrates upload and download, project progress, resource browsing, information release, evaluation, update and exchange.
