【摘要】：近年來隨著我國高等院校辦學規(guī)模的逐步擴大和教學質量的不斷提升,對學校師資和基礎設施建設的要求也越來越高,同時高等院校基礎設施作為學校健康持續(xù)發(fā)展的硬性條件,為高等院校師生的日常教學、生活和科研等活動提供基本保障,其整個建設過程具有投資大、涉及面廣、建設周期長和項目建設過程復雜的特點。因此,如何從項目建設的基本環(huán)節(jié)入手來保證項目建設過程的質量,如何達到高等院校項目建設的預期質量目標就顯得特別重要。而施工質量管理作為項目管理的重要環(huán)節(jié),是每一個項目建設施工單位追求的終極目標,同時是項目施工企業(yè)得以持續(xù)發(fā)展的關鍵。開展高等院校基礎設施建設的項目質量管理研究,對于保障項目建設的預期目標和滿足學校的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展具有重要意義。本文以東方學院1#教師公寓項目作為研究對象,首先從該項目的建筑設計、結構設計、施工流程、進度計劃、施工準備五個方面對東方學院1#教師公寓項目進行項目分解;其次,詳細制定施工的資源需求計劃、安全生產計劃等施工質量計劃內容,從施工準備、施工階段和竣工驗收三個階段制定建設質量控制措施,從項目組織機構及崗位職責、成品保護和質量糾正三個方面來制定項目質量保證體系及措施。還綜合運用項目管理理論和質量管理控制工具從施工準備、建設質量控制圖、因果圖和直方圖四個方面對施工階段的混凝土施工工程進行綜合研究,并提出相應的質量改進措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the gradual expansion of the scale of running colleges and universities and the continuous improvement of teaching quality, the requirements for school teachers and infrastructure construction are becoming higher and higher. At the same time, as a hard condition for the healthy and sustainable development of colleges and universities, the infrastructure of colleges and universities provides a basic guarantee for the daily teaching, living and scientific research activities of teachers and students in colleges and universities, and the whole construction process has a large investment and covers a wide range of areas. The characteristics of long construction cycle and complex construction process. Therefore, how to start from the basic links of project construction to ensure the quality of the project construction process, How to achieve the expected quality target of university project construction is particularly important. As an important link of project management, construction quality management is the ultimate goal of every project construction unit. At the same time, it is the key to the sustainable development of project construction enterprises. It is of great significance to ensure the expected goal of the project construction and to meet the sustainable and healthy development of the school. This paper takes the "1#" teachers' apartment project in Oriental College as the research object, first of all, from the architectural design, structural design, construction process of the project, Progress plan, construction preparation five aspects of the Oriental College teachers' apartment project project decomposition; secondly, detailed construction resources demand plan, production safety plan and other construction quality planning content, from the construction preparation, To formulate construction quality control measures in the construction stage and the completion and acceptance stage, from the project organization and post responsibilities, Three aspects of product protection and quality correction to formulate project quality assurance system and measures. Also comprehensive use of project management theory and quality management control tools from construction preparation, construction quality control chart, The causality diagram and histogram are used to study the concrete construction project in the construction stage, and the corresponding quality improvement measures are put forward.
