【摘要】：在當(dāng)前競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈的時(shí)代,企業(yè)如何提升市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力來(lái)順應(yīng)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,越來(lái)越倍受重視。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理作為項(xiàng)目管理的核心內(nèi)容,是項(xiàng)目成功與否的關(guān)鍵性因素。通過(guò)對(duì)企業(yè)的資源進(jìn)行有計(jì)劃的管理和控制,從而發(fā)揮資源的最大效用。本論文首先在項(xiàng)目管理理論知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理方法在項(xiàng)目中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用,對(duì)DM公司機(jī)床裝配項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的現(xiàn)狀和問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析。然后,提出了項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃與進(jìn)度管理的優(yōu)化策略,從而合理的分配有限的資源,縮短工期,提高工作效率,提升企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,給企業(yè)帶來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)收益。最后,以S項(xiàng)目為實(shí)際研究對(duì)象,探討機(jī)床裝配項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃與進(jìn)度管理的優(yōu)化策略應(yīng)用于S項(xiàng)目中所帶來(lái)的實(shí)際意義。
[Abstract]:In the current era of increasingly fierce competition, more and more attention has been paid to how to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises to conform to the development of social economy. Project schedule management is the core content of project management. It is the key factor of the success of the project. Through the planned management and control of the enterprise's resources, this paper gives full play to the maximum utility of the resources. Firstly, this paper is based on the theoretical knowledge of the project management. Combined with the practical application of the project schedule management method in the project, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of the DM company machine tool assembly project schedule management. Then, the optimization strategy of the project planning and schedule management is put forward. In order to reasonably allocate limited resources, shorten the duration of work, improve work efficiency, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, bring economic benefits to enterprises. Finally, taking S project as the actual research object, This paper discusses the practical significance of applying the optimization strategy of machine tool assembly project planning and schedule management to S project.
