【摘要】：生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)化的輔助工具,其功能和效果目前已經(jīng)被大多數(shù)人認(rèn)可。生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)可以為用戶(hù)提供一個(gè)快速反應(yīng)、有彈性、更加精細(xì)化的環(huán)境,能夠幫助企業(yè)降低運(yùn)營(yíng)成本、及時(shí)提交成品、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)可用在不同的行業(yè),能夠?qū)我划a(chǎn)品批量生產(chǎn)提供優(yōu)秀的信息管理,同時(shí)對(duì)多產(chǎn)品批量生產(chǎn)的企業(yè)也有很好的效果。生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)會(huì)隨著產(chǎn)品和生產(chǎn)流程的變化而變化,這是由于生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的數(shù)據(jù)模型經(jīng)常隨著產(chǎn)品的變化和升級(jí)改造而產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的變化。其中包括報(bào)表結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,數(shù)據(jù)關(guān)系的格式變化,還有數(shù)據(jù)的負(fù)荷也可能會(huì)增加。假如用戶(hù)在以前舊的模型上增加表格數(shù)據(jù),系統(tǒng)過(guò)程的性能就會(huì)相應(yīng)地變差,最終導(dǎo)致生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)速度越來(lái)越慢,導(dǎo)致生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)應(yīng)用瓶頸的客觀(guān)原因。在大多數(shù)情況下,五年是一個(gè)變化的周期,生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用軟件會(huì)有三成到五成變化。因此生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)需要不斷的升級(jí)改造已適應(yīng)變化。關(guān)于生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)升級(jí)的研究,筆者查閱了大量的資料發(fā)現(xiàn),這方面的研究絕大多數(shù)是偏重在生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)升級(jí)的技術(shù)方案的研究,也有人指出生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)升級(jí)成功與否與非技術(shù)因素具有密切的關(guān)系,但非技術(shù)因素和系統(tǒng)升級(jí)的關(guān)系究竟如何,詳細(xì)論證的并不多。本論文對(duì)公司在用的生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)調(diào)查研究和分析,結(jié)合目前迅猛發(fā)展的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)和信息技術(shù),運(yùn)用成熟的項(xiàng)目管理的理論和方法,研究電能表生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)升級(jí)改造項(xiàng)目的具體實(shí)施。本論文著重于非技術(shù)的管理因素對(duì)于企業(yè)中生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)成功升級(jí)的關(guān)鍵性,在整個(gè)生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)升級(jí)的實(shí)踐過(guò)程中,企業(yè)如何建立起一個(gè)高效的項(xiàng)目組織團(tuán)隊(duì)、如何進(jìn)行流程管理、如何有序地組織實(shí)施過(guò)程的各階段、如何推動(dòng)變革以及如何進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制都將在本文中進(jìn)行論述。本論文第一章就生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)升級(jí)的研究背景,詳細(xì)闡述生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)升級(jí)的意義,同時(shí)概述研究所基于的理論基礎(chǔ),以及所參考的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),第一章還對(duì)研究的具體內(nèi)容也進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單闡述。本論文第二章開(kāi)篇概述了生產(chǎn)企業(yè)中生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)升級(jí)的目的、升級(jí)包含哪些內(nèi)容,升級(jí)有哪些特點(diǎn),在之后闡述了如何將系統(tǒng)方法論實(shí)際運(yùn)用到生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的升級(jí)改造中,接著詳細(xì)分析了生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)升級(jí)改造的具體過(guò)程,第二章最后具體詳盡地闡述如何對(duì)企業(yè)中的生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行管理。本論文還論述了在生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)升級(jí)的具體實(shí)施過(guò)程中,企業(yè)如何組建高效的項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì),流程管理如何開(kāi)展,組織實(shí)施過(guò)程各階段如何有序,最后還論述了如何控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本論文第三章通過(guò)實(shí)際案例詳細(xì)說(shuō)明企業(yè)如何進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的升級(jí)改造。案例中的BJBN公司是一個(gè)尚處于不斷發(fā)展的公司,BJ]3N的業(yè)務(wù)量在逐步擴(kuò)大。BJBN公司需要建立一個(gè)有效的生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng),能夠使得BJBN公司的產(chǎn)出能夠滿(mǎn)足市場(chǎng)日新月異變化的需求。論文中講述BJBN公司在生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)升級(jí)的過(guò)程中怎樣處理諸多變化的管理因素。本論文第四章在前三章論證的基礎(chǔ)上提煉出一個(gè)生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)如何進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)升級(jí)改造的一些建議,這對(duì)于一般生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)都會(huì)有一定的參考意義。本論文第五章是結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Production management system is a tool of production automation of an enterprise, its function and effect has been recognized by most people. The production management system can provide a quick response to users, flexible, more sophisticated environment, can help enterprises to reduce operating costs, to improve the quality of products, timely product, production management system available in different industries, can provide better information management for mass production of a single product, and batch production of products of the enterprises also have very good effect. The production management system will change with the change of products and production process, this is due to the production process with the product data model often change and upgrade and has the corresponding change. The increase of form data model, the performance of the system will change accordingly, resulting in the production line running more and more slowly, resulting in a bottleneck of the application of objective reasons of the production management system. So the production management system needs upgrading constantly has to adapt to the changes. The study on the upgrade of the production management system, the author has consulted the massive data found that the vast majority of this research is to research in the technical proposal to upgrade the production management system, was also pointed out that the production management system upgrade success is closely the relationship between non technical factors, but the relationship between non technical factors and how to upgrade the system, a detailed demonstration is not much. The factors of management about the BJBN company how to deal with changes in the process of upgrading production management in the fourth chapter of this thesis. Based on the previous three chapters on how to refine some suggestions for upgrading the production management system of a manufacturing enterprise, the general manufacturing enterprises will have a certain reference significance. The fifth chapter is the conclusion.
