【摘要】：現(xiàn)代化的項(xiàng)目管理應(yīng)當(dāng)是現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)與先進(jìn)管理理念的融合。現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)對(duì)于提高項(xiàng)目管理水平的作用已經(jīng)得到業(yè)界認(rèn)可,建筑信息化也是行業(yè)未來(lái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。項(xiàng)目管理協(xié)同工作信息平臺(tái)是實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目信息化管理的重要輔助工具,尤其是在大型建設(shè)工程中,它的作用顯得尤為重要。本文對(duì)比了國(guó)內(nèi)外建筑業(yè)信息化研究及應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了項(xiàng)目信息化管理的特點(diǎn),指出了我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段項(xiàng)目信息化管理存在的問(wèn)題,并對(duì)問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析。恰逢港珠澳大橋珠海口岸工程建設(shè)之際,本文以具體項(xiàng)目為背景,通過(guò)平臺(tái)功能需求調(diào)研分析、功能模塊合理劃分、管理流程優(yōu)化和數(shù)據(jù)流圖設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)功能權(quán)限以及界面設(shè)計(jì)等方面工作的開(kāi)展,來(lái)進(jìn)行大型建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目管理協(xié)同工作信息平臺(tái)的研究。通過(guò)功能需求調(diào)研分析,并且與各參建單位協(xié)商后,最終將該信息平臺(tái)劃分成九大功能模塊。通過(guò)分析流程優(yōu)化的影響因素,包括思想觀念因素、組織制度因素、人員因素、技術(shù)因素和資金因素等,確定了項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向、效率優(yōu)先、面向信息平臺(tái)、兼顧各方的優(yōu)化原則,編制了優(yōu)化實(shí)施步驟,總結(jié)了對(duì)現(xiàn)有流程診斷和優(yōu)化的方法,對(duì)管理流程優(yōu)化以及數(shù)據(jù)流圖設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了舉例說(shuō)明。論文在最后一部分著重闡述信息平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)信息平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)原則進(jìn)行了總結(jié),勾勒出平臺(tái)的主要功能架構(gòu),并進(jìn)行了用戶(hù)使用權(quán)限的分配,基于B/S結(jié)構(gòu)的平臺(tái)三層系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的設(shè)計(jì)(包括設(shè)計(jì)原則、實(shí)體屬性、E-R圖、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)字典等),系統(tǒng)界面的設(shè)計(jì)以及部分成果展示。
[Abstract]:Modern project management should be a combination of modern information technology and advanced management concepts. The role of modern information technology in improving the level of project management has been recognized by the industry. Construction information is also the future development trend of the industry. The project management collaborative work information platform is an important assistant tool to realize the project information management, especially in the large-scale construction project. This paper compares the research and application status of construction informatization at home and abroad, summarizes the characteristics of project information management, and points out the existing problems of project information management in our country. At the same time, at the same time of the construction of Zhuhai Port of Hong Kong, Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, this paper takes the concrete project as the background, through the investigation and analysis of the platform function demand, the function module is divided reasonably. Management process optimization and data flow diagram design, database design, system functional authority and interface design are carried out to carry out the research of collaborative work information platform for large-scale construction project management. After consultation with the participating units, the information platform was finally divided into nine functional modules. By analyzing the influencing factors of process optimization, including ideological factors, organizational system factors, personnel factors, technical factors and capital factors, etc. The project goal orientation, efficiency priority, information platform oriented, optimization principles of all parties are considered, the optimization implementation steps are worked out, and the existing process diagnosis and optimization methods are summarized. In the last part of the paper, the design of the information platform is emphasized, the design principle of the information platform is summarized, and the main functional framework of the platform is outlined. The user usage authority is assigned, the three-tier system architecture based on B / S structure is designed, the database design (including design principle, entity attribute E-R diagram, database dictionary and so on), the design of system interface and some achievements are presented.
