【摘要】：2014年，世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)復(fù)蘇，國(guó)家對(duì)軌道交通行業(yè)的大力支持，行業(yè)市場(chǎng)需求強(qiáng)勁，為軌道客車企業(yè)創(chuàng)造了良好發(fā)展機(jī)遇。CKGF公司積極順應(yīng)國(guó)家“走出去”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，通過(guò)公司努力，取得了BX城鐵項(xiàng)目。在此背景下，機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存，各軌道車輛企業(yè)間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì)日趨加劇，公司內(nèi)部生產(chǎn)形勢(shì)也日趨嚴(yán)峻，因此，如何最大限度地合理利用現(xiàn)有資源，加強(qiáng)BX城鐵項(xiàng)目全過(guò)程的質(zhì)量控制管理，提升整車產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，以進(jìn)一步提高客戶滿意度，，已成為CKGF公司亟待解決的問(wèn)題。本文基于對(duì)CKGF公司城鐵項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過(guò)程中各階段的現(xiàn)狀分析，依據(jù)對(duì)相關(guān)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及基礎(chǔ)理論的概述，通過(guò)分析各階段的流程及影響因素，按照國(guó)際鐵路行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及相關(guān)質(zhì)量管理體系要求，提出了CKGF公司BX城鐵項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制方案，并給出了相應(yīng)的保障措施。 本文認(rèn)為城鐵客車項(xiàng)目周期內(nèi)對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量影響較大的三個(gè)階段為開發(fā)與設(shè)計(jì)階段、零部件采購(gòu)階段和生產(chǎn)制造階段，在項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過(guò)程中受到人、機(jī)、料、法、環(huán)、測(cè)等六方面因素影響。本文認(rèn)為質(zhì)量管理要貫穿這三個(gè)階段，對(duì)各方面影響因素實(shí)施全過(guò)程的管控，文中逐項(xiàng)提出了質(zhì)量控制的原則和思路并進(jìn)行了解析。最后，依據(jù)CKGF公司現(xiàn)狀，從組織、制度和技術(shù)三個(gè)方面對(duì)CKGF公司BX城鐵項(xiàng)目各階段質(zhì)量控制方案的實(shí)施提出了保障措施。 這一研究將項(xiàng)目管理和質(zhì)量控制理論的研究成果運(yùn)用于CKGF公司BX城鐵項(xiàng)目中，對(duì)于提升BX城鐵項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制水平、促進(jìn)管理理論向企業(yè)管理實(shí)踐的轉(zhuǎn)化具有重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In 2014, the sustained recovery of the world economy, the strong support of the state to the rail transit industry, and the strong market demand of the industry have created a good development opportunity for the rail bus enterprises. In this context, opportunities and challenges coexist, competition among rail vehicle enterprises intensifies day by day, and the internal production situation of the company becomes increasingly severe. How to make the best use of the existing resources, strengthen the quality control management of the whole process of BX City Railway Project, improve the product quality of the whole vehicle, so as to further improve the customer satisfaction, In this paper, based on the analysis of the current situation of each stage in the implementation process of the urban railway project of CKGF Company, based on the overview of the relevant industry standards and basic theories, the process of each stage and the influencing factors are analyzed. According to the standards of international railway industry and the requirements of relevant quality management system, the quality control scheme of BX City Railway Project of CKGF Company is put forward, and the corresponding safeguard measures are given. This paper holds that the three stages that have great influence on the product quality in the project cycle are the development and design stage, the parts purchasing stage and the production and manufacturing stage, and are subjected to human, machine, material, law, ring, and so on in the course of the project execution. This paper points out that quality management should run through these three stages, and implement the whole process control of each factor. The paper puts forward the principle and thought of quality control item by item and analyzes it. According to the present situation of CKGF Company, the guarantee measures are put forward for the implementation of quality control scheme of BX City Railway Project in CKGF Company from three aspects of organization, system and technology. This study applies the research results of project management and quality control theory to the BX City Railway Project of CKGF Company, which is of great significance for improving the quality control level of BX City Railway Project and promoting the transformation of management theory to enterprise management practice.
