【摘要】：項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理經(jīng)過(guò)多年的研究和發(fā)展已經(jīng)日趨成熟,并且在全世界的項(xiàng)目管理中得以廣泛應(yīng)用,很多大型項(xiàng)目(特別是一些大型建設(shè)項(xiàng)目)在其管理過(guò)程中,都進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理。出于發(fā)展的需要,化工企業(yè)在運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中會(huì)通過(guò)一些中小型改擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目,達(dá)到其產(chǎn)能擴(kuò)張、技術(shù)革新、淘汰陳舊設(shè)施或者符合新形勢(shì)要求(如：新的法律法規(guī)、環(huán)保、節(jié)能)的目的。但是,目前化工企業(yè)對(duì)于中小型改擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究比較少,從而導(dǎo)致中小型改擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目在執(zhí)行過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)各種偏差,大大影響了項(xiàng)目的最終結(jié)果。 本文以卡博特化工有限公司中小型改擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目作為研究對(duì)象,以項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的基礎(chǔ)理論為依據(jù),對(duì)其中小型改擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀與改擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了剖析,從風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理流程制定、建立風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)體系和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)策略等方面提出了一套解決方案。并以某改擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目為例,探討了該解決方案的具體實(shí)施情況,達(dá)到了預(yù)期效果。本文研究為卡博特化工今后的中小型改擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提供了可行的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理措施,并以期引起業(yè)內(nèi)對(duì)中小型改擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:After years of research and development, project risk management has become increasingly mature, and has been widely used in project management around the world, many large projects (especially some large construction projects) in its management process, For the needs of development, chemical enterprises will expand their production capacity and technological innovation through some small and medium-sized reconstruction and expansion projects during their operation. The purpose of eliminating obsolete facilities or meeting the requirements of the new situation (for example, new laws and regulations, environmental protection, energy saving). However, at present, chemical enterprises have less research on risk management of small and medium-sized reconstruction and expansion projects. As a result, a variety of deviations appear in the implementation process of the small and medium-sized reconstruction and extension projects, which greatly affect the final results of the projects. Based on the basic theory of project risk management, this paper takes the small and medium-sized reconstruction and extension project of Cabot Chemical Co., Ltd as the research object. This paper analyzes the present situation of risk management of small and medium-sized reconstruction and extension projects and the problems encountered in the process of implementing the reconstruction and extension projects, and formulates the risk management process from the point of view of the process of risk management. This paper puts forward a set of solutions from the aspects of establishing risk evaluation system and risk coping strategy. Taking a reconstruction and expansion project as an example, this paper discusses the concrete implementation of the solution. This paper provides the feasible risk management measures for the medium and small scale reconstruction and extension project of Carbote Chemical Company, and hopes to arouse the attention of the industry on the risk management of the small and medium-sized reconstruction and extension project.
