【摘要】：目前在我國(guó),加油站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理無(wú)論是在理論研究方面還是實(shí)際操作方面,都才剛剛起步,企業(yè)對(duì)于加油站網(wǎng)點(diǎn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí)不強(qiáng),風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理制度及人員配置不到位,抵御和應(yīng)對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的能力欠佳,使得加油站網(wǎng)點(diǎn)建設(shè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平較低,給企業(yè)帶來(lái)了極大的經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),影響了企業(yè)長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。本文選擇吉木薩爾服務(wù)區(qū)北加油站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理作為研究對(duì)象,以風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)新疆中油油田建設(shè)開(kāi)發(fā)有限公司加油站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了實(shí)例分析。本文首先介紹了本文的選題背景與意義,綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)加油站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究現(xiàn)狀,其次對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了綜述。主要包括項(xiàng)目管理理論和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論。接著對(duì)加油站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理概況,主要包括公司現(xiàn)狀,公司原有加油站項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理情況,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理存在的問(wèn)題,以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)存在問(wèn)題的原因分析。然后對(duì)吉木薩爾服務(wù)區(qū)北加油站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)實(shí)證分析,通過(guò)對(duì)吉木薩爾服務(wù)區(qū)北加油站建設(shè)情況介紹,對(duì)加油站風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)進(jìn)行了研究,最后對(duì)加油站風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的保障措施進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的研究。
[Abstract]:At present, in our country, the risk management of gas station construction project is just beginning in both theoretical research and practical operation. The enterprise is not aware of the risk of gas station network construction project. The risk management system and staffing are not in place, the ability to resist and deal with the risks is not good enough, which makes the level of risk management in the construction of gas station outlets low, and brings great business risks to the enterprises. This paper chooses the construction project risk management of North Gas Station in Jimusar Service District as the research object, based on the related theory of risk management. This paper analyzes the gas station construction project of Xinjiang PetroChina Oilfield Construction and Development Co., Ltd. Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of this paper, and summarizes the research status of the gas station construction project risk management at home and abroad. Secondly, it summarizes the related theories of project management. It mainly includes the theory of project management and the theory of risk management. The original gas station project risk management situation, risk management problems, as well as the reasons for the risk problems. Then the north gas station construction project risk empirical analysis, Through the introduction of the construction of North Gas Station in Jimusar service area, the risk identification, risk evaluation and risk response of gas station are studied. Finally, the guarantee measures of gas station risk management are studied in detail.
