【摘要】：通常對工程項目的預算管理做出這樣的定義:以企業(yè)整體的局勢當做出發(fā)點,采取科學化的方式,就存在于工程項目內的,和財務以及經營生產相關的活動,實施預測與控制,對相應決策進行制定,綜合的管理項目的方法。如今,很多大型以及中型的企業(yè)都采用預算管理方面的理論實現對項目的管理,更有效的對成本實現控制,因此得到的經濟方面的效益較好。為了提高企業(yè)管理效率,工程預算管理系統(tǒng)應運而生,以實現對企業(yè)工程預算的管理,對工程的成本實現控制,進一步的提升本企業(yè)所具備的綜合管理水準。本課題在研究的過程中主要研究工程預算的管理系統(tǒng),并將這一系統(tǒng)應用于實踐,對UML語言中包含的各類圖加以運用,如時序圖、類圖等,以此方式研究系統(tǒng)需求,對系統(tǒng)進行設計,并最終實現整個系統(tǒng)。本課題在研究的過程中采用了Java的語言,以B/S的結構模式進行開發(fā),在設計框架的過程中用到了SSH的框架,包括Spring等,使用SQLServer2008這一數據庫,對數據庫所具備的獨特特征加以運用,對本系統(tǒng)數據庫做出設計。以實現下面六點目標,即:基礎性、預算的設置、采用的預算標準、施工和標后預算,制定出預算報表。具體來說,這一系統(tǒng)能夠實現以下目標:對預算的資源、標準化清單、市場的綜合基礎價格、四項項目經理部門的費用、預算具備的定額庫、共享庫、基礎項目、項目內具備的預算資源實施維護,查詢相應預算,構建標后的預算臺賬、找出項目清單與標準清單間具備的關聯(lián)、對標后的預算、施工的預算進行編制,對施工與標后的預算價格實施對比與分析,實現數據化、信息化的管理相關的事務。實現預算系統(tǒng),能夠更好的采取數據化、信息化的方式管理預算,為企業(yè)更精準的制定預算表格提供幫助,將信息化管理具備的優(yōu)勢展示出來,如便捷性、效率高等優(yōu)勢,為企業(yè)提供更優(yōu)質的服務。
[Abstract]:Generally speaking, the budget management of engineering projects is defined as follows: taking the overall situation of the enterprise as the starting point and adopting a scientific approach, the prediction and control of the activities that exist in the project and related to finance and operation and production are carried out. Now, many large and medium-sized enterprises adopt the theory of budget management to realize the project management, and more effectively control the cost. In order to improve the efficiency of enterprise management, the project budget management system emerges as the times require to realize the management of the enterprise project budget and the control of the project cost. In the course of the research, we mainly study the project budget management system, and apply this system to practice, and use all kinds of diagrams included in UML language, such as timing diagram. Class diagram and so on, to study the system requirements, design the system, and finally realize the whole system. In the course of the research, we use Java language to develop the system with the structure mode of B / S. In the process of design framework, we use the framework of SSH, including Spring and so on, use the database of SQLServer2008 to use the unique characteristics of the database, and design the database of this system to achieve the following six objectives, namely, basic, basic, and so on. Budget setting, using budget standards, construction and post-bid budgets, making budget statements. Specifically, the system can achieve the following objectives: the resources of the budget, standardized lists, the integrated base price of the market, The expenses of the four project managers, the budget quota library, the shared library, the basic project, the budget resources available in the project are maintained, the corresponding budget is queried, and the budget account is constructed after the standard, Find out the relationship between the item list and the standard list, compile the budget after the standard and the budget of the construction, compare and analyze the budget price after the construction and the standard, and realize the digitization, The implementation of the budget system can better adopt the method of data and information to manage the budget, provide the help for the enterprise to make the budget form more accurately, and show the advantages of the information management. Such as convenience, high efficiency and other advantages, for enterprises to provide better service.
