【摘要】：在云南省中,有些偏遠(yuǎn)山區(qū)因?yàn)榈匦蔚纫蛩叵拗?甚至沒有完整的道路連接外界,傳統(tǒng)的出行方式就是鐵索、攀爬等,十分危險(xiǎn)。如果一直采用這種方式,那么云南省農(nóng)村公路建設(shè)勢必進(jìn)度緩慢,且可能因效率低而代價(jià)高遇到重重困難,不利于云南省農(nóng)村公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的開展和統(tǒng)一管理。因此,決定建立云南省農(nóng)村公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)對各縣市農(nóng)村公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的統(tǒng)一信息化管理,以提高工作效率,降低成本代價(jià)。系統(tǒng)采用Java高級(jí)程序語言,基于B/S設(shè)計(jì)模式,采用MVC架構(gòu),采用SSH框架設(shè)計(jì)。其中,Spring負(fù)責(zé)業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層,具體設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)各個(gè)功能操作,處理用戶請求；Hibernate負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)持久層,控制數(shù)據(jù)訪問;Struts位于控制層,負(fù)責(zé)程序調(diào)度和業(yè)務(wù)跳轉(zhuǎn),控制具體調(diào)用哪個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)邏輯類來處理用戶請求。最后,基于用戶對系統(tǒng)安全性和可靠性的需求,系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)則采用SQLSERVER 2014,以提供對系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的安全訪問。系統(tǒng)主要對云南省農(nóng)村公路維修、建設(shè)、整改等一系列項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行有效管理,分為建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理、計(jì)劃管理、計(jì)劃審核管理、統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表管理和系統(tǒng)管理等五大基礎(chǔ)功能。其中,建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理按照操作對象的不同,可以分為公路工程管理功能、橋梁工程管理功能、安保工程管理功能和項(xiàng)目上報(bào)管理功能等；計(jì)劃管理包括建設(shè)計(jì)劃查詢和建設(shè)計(jì)劃導(dǎo)出兩部分；計(jì)劃審核管理按照功能目的的不同,可分為計(jì)劃審核管理和審核項(xiàng)目查詢兩部分；統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表管理按照操作對象的不同,統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表管理功能又可分為建設(shè)項(xiàng)目統(tǒng)計(jì)管理、年度計(jì)劃統(tǒng)計(jì)管理、年度計(jì)劃報(bào)表管理等；系統(tǒng)管理功能主要是系統(tǒng)管理員對系統(tǒng)用戶和文件設(shè)置進(jìn)行管理,按照操作對象的不同,又可細(xì)分為用戶管理和文件管理等。云南省農(nóng)村公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì),不僅能夠設(shè)計(jì)新的管理方案以改善工作環(huán)境,還可以提高工作精度和透明度,降低工作誤差,降低成本代價(jià),實(shí)現(xiàn)高效率、高精度、高滿意度的科學(xué)管理。
[Abstract]:In Yunnan Province, some remote mountain areas because of terrain and other factors constraints, or even a complete road to connect the outside world, the traditional way of travel is cable, climbing and so on, very dangerous. So the rural highway construction in Yunnan Province is bound to slow, and may be low efficiency and high cost encountered a lot of difficulties, is not conducive to the development and unified management of rural road construction projects in Yunnan Province. It is decided to establish a rural highway construction project management system in Yunnan Province to realize the unified information management of rural highway construction projects in all counties and cities in order to improve the working efficiency. The system adopts Java high-level programming language, based on B / S design pattern, adopts MVC architecture, and adopts SSH framework, in which Java is responsible for business logic layer. Specific design system each function operation, processing user request; Hibernate is responsible for data persistence layer and data access control; Struts is located in the control layer, which is responsible for program scheduling and business jump, and controls which business logic class is called to process the user request. Finally, based on the user's requirements for the security and reliability of the system. The database management system of the system adopts SQLSERVER 2014 to provide safe access to the system data. The system is mainly used for the maintenance and construction of rural roads in Yunnan Province. Rectification and reform of a series of projects for effective management, divided into construction project management, plan management, plan audit management, statistical report management and system management, five basic functions. The construction project management can be divided into highway engineering management function, bridge engineering management function, security engineering management function and project reporting management function according to the different operation object. The plan management includes two parts: the inquiry of the construction plan and the export of the construction plan; The plan audit management can be divided into two parts: the plan audit management and the audit item inquiry according to the function purpose; Statistical statement management can be divided into construction project statistical management, annual plan statistical management, annual plan report management and so on according to the different objects of operation. The system management function is the system administrator manages the system user and the file setting, according to the operation object's difference. The development and design of rural highway construction project management system in Yunnan Province can not only design a new management scheme to improve the working environment. It can also improve work precision and transparency, reduce work error, reduce cost, and realize scientific management with high efficiency, high precision and high satisfaction.
